We went through the drive-thru but through the window before we pick up you could see the floor was dirty and it was all wet.
The food bowls were good and had plenty in them, but they need some type of dressing like maybe avocado dressing....

The workers are polite,the atmosphere not so much there ac is broken and have alot fan blowing every direction,but overall the food is always good.
Just recently started going here for their street corn double chicken salad. Surprisingly, it is so delicious! Definitely recommend their salad. Don't know about the rest of the menu as I have yet to try anything else.
Our favorite place to get chicken! Tender and delicious! They have great sides as well and churros are a great way to end dinner or lunch! They also have salads with avocado and chicken, I loved it! They also have chicken bowls and birria. I have not tasted the birria yet. Their salsas are amazing!
What a wonderful experience with the most helpful staff! We visited this place on Saturday 4/1 around 7:15pm after a long day at six flags. I have 4 kids and the staff was patient with me while I got all of their orders in, they even pointed out some helpful things about the menu items. The bathroom

i go to this el pollo loco around 2-3 times a week. i love this place because it’s very close to my house, is consistent, and i never have to wait very long for my chicken avocado burrito. the ladies at the drive thru are always kind and never seem annoyed when i get there right at opening or 30 min
I have been coming here semi-frequently the past few months after a workout and I must say the customer service is great. So polite and always have a smile. The food is great as well! I am guilty of coming around 30 min before they close sometimes and still great service. I’ve had other restaurants
The food seems healthy and clean, eating, as opposed to some of the fast food restaurants that are way down with excessive calories to make them taste better
