Mcdonald's

My food store on my way to work, I spent more than an hr in there sometimes. It gets really busy sometimes on weekend. This one day I spent a long time just waiting for my order, I wasn't the only one although customers came in got their orders & left. Idk what happened to my order. It was showing on the monitor that my order was in process then it disappeared I had to asked for my order. Staff looked at me like I was doing wrong just by asking about my order. I get it they are pretty busy serving everyone but then I didn't need the rough faces. I understand my order was a special order but I was ahead of other customers. I was on my way to work too & I was running out of time just like these staff. Couple times the place got pretty messy & no one is cleaning the tables got some left food on the floor. Above all there is this tall guy in there who seemed to be the nicest worker with good customer service attitude he is a good person he was the only staff I saw cleaning the floor.

First time going to this location and the staff was super friendly. The cashier was smiling the whole time she was taking our order and genuinely seemed happy to be there. The guy in a yellow shirt working the pickup counter was doing a great job, very polite and professional to everyone the whole time I was there. They seem to really care about what they are doing. Everything in my order was correct and even the special made sandwiches were done perfectly. This is one of best McDonald’s I’ve been to. We ate in the dining room and were happily surprised they had it open. Thank you for making our dinner a nice one. Keep up the good work!

I've only been here once, but it was at 1030pm on a Saturday night. I was very impressed. While the drive thru line was long it went by quickly, they took my order and repeated it to me. When I went to pay the guy at the window was really nice and repeated my order. When I picked up my food everything was fresh! I think the best part for me was they made sure to give me honey as requested and they got my husbands speciality burger correct. I know alot of places that cant manage that when they are slow, so the fact that this McDonald's did while they were busy was a nice surprise. I love closer to the McDonald's on Potranco but never have good luck there so I'll probably just start driving to this one instead.
