Never had an issue with this location. Placed my order today for delivery and not even a minute later they called me to tell me an ingredient in my sandwich wasn’t available and offered me a substitution. I really appreciate that because other places will just make your sandwich anyway and you’ll find out when it’s too late

CJ showed amazing character today. She was slammed with a full board of sandwiches to make and she was all alone. She showed many amazing qualities and is the backbone of this store. Amazing Attitude, Heart, Urgency and Grit! I'd love to have her as an employee in my company!

I love the Thai wrap but ordered light sauce. Picture shows what happens when they ignore this. Leaks all over!

This sandwich 🥪 joint ROCKS!! I love the atmosphere and the franchise!! Sandwiches of all types and made fresh to order in a flash!!⚡️Great service at this location! Friendly and professional staff! Check this place out and you’ll definitely 💯 come back again!

I come here ever so often but everytime I come the service is fast and great. Today I went and my receipt says my order taker was Kitti. I received exception customer service today and greatly appreciate the kindness from Kitti!

Went in, ordered sandwiches and was talking with Daniel. He made me feel like I was talking to and old friend. He was friendly, fast and very personable. Great experience and I appreciated the vibe of this location. Daniel treated me like a neighbor or a long time friend and that's few and far between these days. Great experience

Wanted to shout out Kitty who a few weeks ago owned a solo shift during lunch rush. She greeted everyone who walked in, made sure those waiting were updated on their order, and at least in my case got everything perfect on my subs. Awesome job from an awesome worker!

I just visited this place with my friend for the first time tonight! The customer service was outstanding and the food was great! Not that it means as much, but my friend got a “lil john” for her dog and he loved it just as much!

I was greeted by everyone in the store the second I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. My order was taken and prepared swiftly by Nate, David, and Alexander. The bread was so fresh and soft and all the ingredients were delicious. The store smelled amazing and was very clean even the bathrooms. I was impressed that everyone stopped what they were doing the help me. Thank you for the great meal.
