Outstanding example of the chain. Smoothly handled the rush hour traffic, ensured accurate and timely delivery of orders, and flawlessly managed multiple orders within the same vehicle. From entering the line to getting my food was about 7 minutes, and the line wrapped around the building. Very pleased with my experience, as well as the professionalism of the staff. They performed exceptionally well.
This particular location on Marbach Rd. Has had an upgrade in the interior that is very comfortable.
I'm definitely eating in again real soon.

Nice that they had inside dining available. Always helpful with a little one. Play area not open. But one thing we both mentioned the service and friendly staff. Always worth going for that alone. Breakfast sandwich was good. Fruit cup was good too. Coffee well. Its is better than most fast food coffee but its is still fast food coffee. Hashbrowns were good portion.
So much to say about this location, the family who owns and runs it, the staff, the service, the care that's put into the food, the cleanliness, there's... just so many positive blessings pouring out of this particular location, it's just simply amazing! I'm proud to say that I work here! I'm part of the this team! I've seen some behind the scenes activities that... are just beyond the call of duty when it comes to even the task of putting together salads or the appreciation of building a perfect chicken sandwich! Order anything from the menu... I'll tell you first-hand... it will be just Marbach-able! Now... who's hungry? Let's eat 🐔
Service was slower than expected, but the food was great. Hopefully, they will brew their tea stronger next time because on this visit, the tea is so light, it almost tastes like iced water.
The moment I walked in I got 3 hellos and big smiles! It was so nice walking in here and seeing the same people from 6 years ago, that means they are well taken care of here. Carmen and Michelle are the sweetest lady’s I have ever met and it was amazing to talk to them! ❤️
This is my all time favorite place! My boyfriend and I visit frequently and the customer service is perfect here! Yesterday I lost my purse and had to go back to work but as soon as I got off of work I headed back to the ChickFilA, and as soon as we’re about to hit the door, I see a couple of the ladies who work there holding my purse. They were actually going to take it to my house! If that’s not superb customer service, I don’t know what is!! On top of that, everyone who works there is super friendly, and I look forward to seeing them every time we go. So thanks to everyone who works there as y’all are amazing!!
I purchased 2 cups of ice cream 🍦through the drive-through, and when I got to the window to pick up my cups of ice cream, I decided I wanted one cup with a cone. So I nicely asked if I could get a cone for one of the cups of ice cream 🍦 the young lady was so rude and said we can't give you that, and another girl said, "Give it to her, she purchased 2 cups of Ice cream" the rude young lady said the cone is .90cent without the ice cream. I was so disappointed I never had service like that at Chick-fil-A. Then the rude girl didn't give me a bag 😒
My go to chick filA, I always do mobile app and the quick, friendly service I always get in return is on point. Food is out fast and hot!
Ordered 8-ct nugget but got chicken minis instead. Everything else was on order was correct! Owners made it right and were super courteous about everything. It shows they do care about their customers, which is amazing!
