My family and I ate here for dinner. We had a nice waitress. People were nice and food was good. I had potato soup and chicken fried steak. I heard from those around me green dressing was delicious. I would recommend try chicken fry. We were party of 6.

Very nice restaurant, the ambient is very cozy and authentic, the people serving were nice and happy to give me a recommendation on what to order, the tender loin steak was amazing, great cooking.

We had our lady’s luncheon at this place. The service was good just a little slow. The food was great and we enjoyed not being rushed.

A great place to get a delicious, perfectly cooked, large piece of meat with tasty sides. Sometimes the salad they give at the beginning is questionable in age, and the crackers are stale, but it’s 10x better than any “fancy” steakhouse.

First time coming here. Had heard very good remarks and decided to try it out. See if the hope was true. I ordered a New York steak well done, steak fries and some fried okra. The food was delicious and the portions generous. Everything was very very good. The rumors and hope we're true. It is pricey but well worth it. This I will say. It will NOT be my last time I'll eat here.

Well, I was greeted very pleasantly. Salad was on table. Had the Green Goddess dressing. Picture attached. Delicious. Reminder of my childhood.
Had the Chicken Fried Steak with a baked potato. Food was so good, I forgot to take a picture. Waitress was good. Place was packed. Only two servers. The food was better in December 2021. Had a great time with friends. Food was hot, a big thing for me.

Big portions of great food. I loved the decor inside. Definitely a hidden gem--although it is a neighborhood staple. Glad they have gish, shrimp, chicken fried steak and hamburger steak. Sides we tried were fried okra, fries, loaded potato and potato soup.
