Have given this place another chance. Have been sadly disappointed several times throughout COVID with lack of service and food quality. Food was pretty fresh and tasted good. Service by the young fellow was very good. He was swift and attentive and remembered what we told him in the time between us speaking and entering it into the computer, which has not been the case in the past. He explained the new menu offerings. Very nice fellow came out to table twice. Impressed with him and wish I could remember his name. Then there was the soda dispenser. I should not complain since we never drink the poisonous soda... only water and brewed tea. Zoom in and look at the picture and then ask yourself 'how long must this have been building up?' I believe it's calcium, but who knows?

The staff are always very friendly and pretty quick. I really enjoy the Market Fresh options on the menu – specifically the chicken salad sandwich and the buffalo wrap. What I really appreciate about this Arby’s location is that (knock on wood) they never forget any part of my order. All too often I will go to some of the surrounding fast-food restaurants, order, get home and something is missing. It’s happened so often that I’ve made it a habit of checking everything before I leave the store. I’m happy to say that has never happened here.

Super nice people at the counter. Ordered the wagyu burger but with mayo instead of ranch (I don't like that burger with ranch)...they replaced it right away but the burger was raw in the middle, so I just ate the edges. Shift manager offered to refund me but I just let them know so the cook was aware to cook them longer. It's a good burger, definitely better than McD or Sonic burgers. Because they were so nice, I rated 5 stars. Thank you guys for trying to fix my burger 🍔 😊
