Had so much fun and great drink specials. I recommend this place. The bar tender is so sweet and nice we enjoyed his service. I typically only come here on Sunday evenings, but every now and then, I'll come on a different day/daypart. The food here is phenomenal. There are different cooks, so certain food items have slight variations in terms of presentation and execution, but I've never had any food here that I did not enjoy. Because I only come on a certain day, there is typically the same bartender to deal with, and the normal Sunday night bartender, Leanna is exceptional. Whether or not it's busy, she can hold it down and still make sure everyone is taken care of as quickly and efficiently as she can. This establishment should not be slept on

Our go-to bar for a night out with friends. Staff is kind and always welcoming. Food is out of this world especially their grilled cheeses and house made chicharrones. Not too rowdy even on a busy night. A good mix of ages. One of the two main entrances are wheelchair accessible. Bar interior, and exterior porches are wheelchair accessible. Bathroom is wheelchair accessible in a manual wheelchair but may be difficult in a power wheelchair.

I come to this place atleast once a week. They have different specials every Monday that last till Sunday the drinks are very reasonably priced and the food. O my the food is the best dive bar, bar b que texas take on classics from all over the world. I Love this place and it has become a stable of my wife and I's palate. I look forward to going to this place every time. The best bar in san antonio hands down. A HIDDEN GEM

Honestly,I wasn't able to eat. A class from UT health science had graduated and 21 of them popped in, the owner had to be out for some reason so his friend was taking care of the place. I could have waited but it was gonna be awhile. They were so friendly and polite and even sent me home with a menu. For some reason, I'm confident the food is gonna be great when I get back.

Swung by for a quick lunch with my wife while we were in the area. The owner is a cool dude, a great conversationalist with a deft hand in the kitchen cooking up his favorites for his customers. I had a mess of fries “Chelsea” and was absolutely blown away with the fresh veggies and how flavorful everything was. We will 100% be going back and will even drive that way just to visit. I cannot recommend the little dive with loads of character highly enough. 10 stars if I could.
