Starbucks

My friend and I recently switched our coffee dates to this location due to construction on 1604 and holiday insanity (we normally meet at the La Cantera Starbucks). We have been to this location at NW Military and Wurzbach Pky twice and it has been really lovely. The staff is friendly, efficient and very courteous. Alize is especially nice and ALWAYS has a smile. Such a nice atmosphere. I think this is going to be our new "regular spot". :)

I should have made a review long before now but having just visited another Starbucks with subpar service I decided I definitely needed to give kudos to the BEST Starbucks in San Antonio. I would come by nearly every morning before work (recently moved to converse) and Chris worked the drive thru. SO FRIENDLY! You could tell he genuinely liked his job and cared about the customers. The staff inside are equally amazing! I would get these random “have a great day Keisha” messages on my cup which really made my mornings. Especially if it had started out rough. I really hated leaving the area and I still try and take the long way around at times to order here, but if you live in the area and happen to be on the way to work one morning you should stop by!

I want to give an amazing review for this one mostly because of the workers. Because the only downside is huge. The set up for this location is a nightmare especially when it's busy! They have 3 different access points and it can get very crowded and backed up very quickly and easily to no fault of starbucks or the workers. It's just on a very busy street and the accesses are in very inconvenient placements. If you're in a hurry it just isn't convenient unless it's not busy. I would not park in their parking lot either unless it not busy and you plan on leaving quickly. I've seen too many people get stuck from the drive through line that ends up contesting the entire location.
