Review Cicis Pizza - San Antonio

Have been to multiple cicis location , price is nominal plus you can order your own personalized pizza 🍕 for the price of buffet , love the salad bar too , do try the brownies. Compared to other locations I found this location really take 20 -25mins to serve your personalized pizza which is ok 👍 till that time we were enjoying the salad bar and other pizzas kept on counter .

The pizza dough was a little rubbery. The salad bar was very clean & the salad was good. But I wanted cheese on my salad. Usually, there's cheese for every salad bar that I've been to. So get ready to dig in your pockets for 25 cents for a bit of cheese for your salad.

Great experience stopping in for dinner with the Wife. We were promptly greeted, staff seemed friendly, and actually seemed to want to be at the store which is a big plus. Buffet was fully stocked and was much cleaner than other locations I have visited. The staff also helped with a custom pizza my wife was really wanting. My only feedback would be that my cinnamon roll was slightly tough on the bottom but perfect on top, seems like a possible pan issue 🤷‍♂️ Overall great experience and great staff, definitely the place to go after something like SeaWorld.

Excellent service again at this location!! we were greeted by Patrick. He is such a great worker. Every time we go in there he greets us and makes sure we are loving the buffet. If we need something he is readily available. Thanks I highly recommend.

I came to visit sea world. The kids wanted pizza. The other location's review about recent people hanging out scared me, so we came to this one instead on a Wednesday. Full service, hot food and fresh. Workers were very nice. Haven't visited a good cici's like this in years.

Excellet restaurant. Very clean, fast service, great attention and super friendly. I highly recommend this location.

We’ve been to this location a few times and every time we’ve gone there is a young man named Patrick, let me tell you, this young man hustles and earns his money, whatever he is getting paid is not enough! He is ALWAYS in constant motion, he ALWAYS has a smile on his face, he greets the customers coming and leaving, he tries to make quick conversation with the guests while staying busy! I am always very impressed with this gentleman’s work ethic every time we visit this location. I was watching him and he was making sure the pizza line stays stocked, clean and wiped down. Then the line at the register was a little long so he hopped on the register to help the young lady at the register. The employees follow his lead and stay busy. It’s always a very pleasant experience when we go and see this gentleman is working. Thank you Patrick for a pleasant dining experience!

Paid a visit after spending time with friends at sea world. The crew was friendly and helpful with making custom orders for those in our group who were visiting for the first time. I love this location for their service and freshness of food. The zesty pepperoni is a group fave.

This is the best place to take my kiddos!! We come a lot and every time we come we are greeted by Patrick. He is so thoughtful and cares about his customers. The quickness of getting pizzas out is amazing!

Veterans Day I received a free meal! They had a POW table made up just like we did in the military. Great place!!! Clean and good! They will make any kind of pizza 🍕 you order and call you when ready. Lots ready at the pizza or salad bar. I’d take more photos normally but we were eating so much and enjoying our time.

For cheap pizza buffet, it is good. But my wife, who enjoys wings, wanted to try a 5 piece just to see, so we ordered and sat down to enjoy the buffet. Literally, 20 minutes later the buzzer goes off so I go up to get them and the manager says I know you ordered a 5 piece but we only made 4 so I owe you one more, take the buzzer back for when IT is ready 👀🤔😳🙄. No apology, nothing to make it make sense since they Only sell them in orders of 5, but 15 minutes later, the last wing and still no apology, customer service. And the wifey said they weren't even crispy on the outside, barely any flavor, so never again for that. Plus, we got there before the early evening crowd, and they had only 3 pizzas up, no cheese bread, empty. This was a far different experience from the last time we were there.

Enjoyable. Two employees really stood out for displaying high output of work and at the same time being interactive and pleasant with the customers. An outstanding accomplishment these days. I asked the manager to get their names right. Hats off to both: "Patrick" and "Bre." I would be pleased to have either of them rep by brand...

We took a large group of students after planning with the staff and the staff was very accommodating to our requests. Food was fresh and tasted great. Students had a great time.

Cici's Pizza is a go-to for awesome pizza without breaking the bank. I'm all about customizing, and their flatbread BBQ with chicken, jalapeño, and onions is my favorite specialty pizza. Seriously, it's my favorite pizza in this price range. Great value, great taste!

So I’ve been going to coco’s for years but lately it seems like they have just been going down hill. Especially with service. The food hasn’t really changed. It’s still the same food they’ve had for years. As far as service, it looks like no one wants to work there. We arrive and the doors are still locked. Now, it’s only 5 mins past opening, but still. Cashier doesn’t want to be there, but she’s the only one who really does anything we ask when it comes to getting food. The manager, or whoever he was, was too busy taking pics of the pizza that some of the pizzas were getting stuck and getting burnt. Then, instead of asking for another one to be made, he puts the burned pizza out for people to eat. They used to greet you when you came in, and said bye when you left. Don’t think I heard any of that. Miss the old Cici’s *********UPDATE********** So my wife and I recently revisited CiCi’s. We showed up right as they opened. No one rolled their eyes as we walked in but instead we’re greeted with a smile and a “Welcome to CC’s”. The buffet was actually full of food, and when I made a request, I didn’t have to wait till we were about to leave. The cashier was very polite. The manager, whose name I forgot to ask, for, was friendly, fast, and courteous. I’ve raised my rating from a three star to a four star, on overall experience and my service review to a five star because of that cashier and the manager. I hope that the owners and corporate know that the experience was a completely different experience from the last time, and I highly praise that manager, and that cashier for doing such a great job.

First off it’s a chain fast food buffet, I understand that. But what I can say is what makes a chain good is their staff and how they run it. Peak time is well handled. Non peak hours is great. Food is what you pay which is great for the kids and very hungry adults that love pizza and plenty of it. Overall store is clean and not too loud. My only bad thought is, some food is out to long, which is understandable for food waste to be minimal but that is it.

I went on sunday with my family for the foot ball game and the restaurant was very busy and the team was definitely on it! they did a great job handling the rush. ☺️

So we all know that the pizza here is not great, but it's not horrible either and sometimes you just want quantity over quality. The one thing that bumps them up a bit is that they let you order any kind of pizza you want and they give you the whole thing, so hubby and I can get different things. AND they went back to having people clean the tables off so I don't even have to throw away my own trash!!

I've loved this place sense I was a kid and go to it every month!! They have amazing pizza, salads, and dessert for the whole family!

My family and I have always enjoyed coming to Cici's... until now. What was once a sit down family restaurant buffet is now an overpriced, under provided fast food place. Even with coupons I paid over $40 and found silverware is now plastic utensils, Parmesan and crushed pepper are in fast food packets and napkins aren't even provided at the tables anymore. A guy walking around like he was lost with a spray bottle wasn't collecting plates so our table soon looked like a dirty dish wasteland. Restaurant cups are now paper and cheap. Now the food. What was out was good but very cheap on the meat. When we asked for a custom pizza we were told a 30 minute wait. If you want to be a fast food place now fine, but charge accordingly. I will no longer be dining here.

I've usually liked this place but I've had 2 bad experiences at the2 different locations I've been to. First of all there were no plates for the salad, move forward and no plates for the pizza, there was about3 started pizzas on a Saturday evening, which means of course no variety! No one ever came to our table or anyone else's to pick up trash...there was no toilet paper in the ladies restroom. When I asked for the toilet Paper the guy said he would get someone to take some. Five minutes passed and still no toilet paper, my daughter was waiting for some so she couldn't get out! I asked again, their response was we're looking for someone who can go in and install it! My response was just give me the paper, my daughter is waiting... SMH! Very disappointed! I'll never visit this location again!

Horrible selection. Three pepperoni, one cheese, veggie, and something I couldn't identify. I asked if anything else was coming out and was told "That's what we put on the buffet. Everything else is special order." Really? Then CiCis commercial is false advertisement. This location used to be good. It sucks now.
