Came for lunch after visiting the Witte. It's walking distance and we were hungry lol. It was almost empty. There seemed to be only one server but he was so helpful and funny and very friendly. The food did take a tiny bit long but we ordered from the grill and there is a warning on the menu that it might take 20 mins. We ordered the chicken fajita nachos for an app and I ordered the Tuesday chicken fajita special for 7.99 for me and my daughter, delicious and plenty of food. My daughter drank a lemonade that took a while to get there but they let us know it was fresh squeezed and it was DELICIOUS! My boyfriend ordered the Bistek a la Mexicana and really really enjoyed it! Overall the service was great and food really good. I regret not getting dessert though they sounded really good.

It's a quiet place. Not many people were there. There's was only one waiter but he was very nice and very accommodating. He cleared tables and kept up with us. The cashier was nice and friendly as well. The food was actually really good. They have a wide variety of enchiladas and sauces. We ordered the chicken enchiladas in Verde sauce and the carcerola chipotle. We were kind of hesitant to try the Carcerola but it was delicious. The borracho beans that came with it were just as good. The salsa they served with the chips was great. We definitely will be going back.

Had the green chicken enchilada. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Allegedly good chips and salsa, but I didn't end up getting any (not their fault), so can't speak to it.

Talk about authentic Mexican food, the food was AWESOME!!! Raul, our server was the best, but the following week they said he was only working on weekends now :( nonetheless, this place is still great.

Loved it. The puerco guisada is amazing. Basically carne guisada but pork instead in a salsa verde. Waitstaff are great and the music is good too.

Excellent food here, just like in Mexico. The birria is highly recommended, cabarito is also available. Very diverse menu with Old Mexico dishes from Mexico City, Southern Mexico, and Northern Mexico. The homemade fresh corn tortillas are the best I have ever had. Also available Tex-Mex, and seafood dishes. Great service and classic ranchero music.

Wow. Amazing. Try the old Mexico section of the menu. Absolutely delicious. The Chile en Nogada is fantastic. Sweet and savory. The rice and beans were the best I've ever had in a Mexican restaurant. And I'm Mexican. Highly recommended

Lunch was charming and very tasty. I would go there again. The menu is a little different than some of the other traditional Mexican restaurants.

One of the best lunch spots in SA. Authentic Mexican and some Mex-Tex. Homemade tortillias are great and I love their salsa. Try the casseroles.
