I went to buy a chicken salad sandwich !!! One bit into it and the rest of it was ALL bread!!! Never again!

The Chick-fil-a at the Alamo Ranch location was recently renovated. They added a very cool outdoor patio area for making orders and enjoying the meal. We got great and quick service. My only criticism is that it is the second time I get an error in my order (crispy chicken instead of grilled). Other than that, I love the updates they made to the location.
Friendly staff, they get you in and out in no time. I believe from all the stores I've been to, these guys got it down to a system. The massive amount of vehicles in the drive through are steadily streaming through the driveway. I've been there about 5 times on different days and I was out in no time.

Not a huge fan of the lack of dine in. I understand the reasoning for it. Maybe on Google maps imply there's no dine-in title. Other than the surprise, it was great considering I've been without a chick fill a where I live for the past 10 months.
They just reopened and took away ALL indoor dining. Expanded drive through. They have a covered patio with a walk up window to order food to go. So sad that they do not care about families and the dine in experience. The covered patio is not even nice. The floor looks like it is unfinished and raw concrete. Such a sad day for the franchise.

The new outdoor design and mobile drive thru is pretty legit 💪🏾 except for the Texas summers. Great food as always
EXCELLENT service from the friendliest employees in fast food southern hospitality. absolutely scrumptious & delectable breakfast/lunch. no wonder they always have a drive thru line towards the highway. my spicy chicken biscuit was huge, bigger than normal so i felt lucky that day. rewards are great too. will definitely return to enjoy another breakfast
Good customer service and food was good like advertised. I went in to check out the "famous chicken sandwich". Bought it, ate it and tasted it. It's alright nothing so special about the sandwich. It tastes good just like any other fried chicken sandwich (deep fried chicken fillet with couple of pickles) or other competitors chicken burger. What I like the most is the service and how quick Chick-fil-A here serve you. I went in line and less than 4-5min I got my hot chicken sandwich. The clerk greeted and smiled all the time. They are way to nice. For quick and delicious bites, I highly recommended this place to all visitors and chicken lovers.
I visited the drive-thru today, excited for their service. However, the execution led to a frustrating customer experience.
The employee who took my order struggled to understand me and it took about six minutes for them to finally collect my simple lunch order. I then had to wait around seven additional minutes at the drive-thru window before receiving my food. When I checked the bag, I realized my salad was missing the vinaigrette dressing I had requested. The employee apologized and went to get it, but I had to wait even longer.
While I genuinely applaud Chick-fil-a efforts, the staffing resulted in painfully slow drive-thru service. As a customer, I felt my time was not valued.
I hope Chick-fil-a can find a better way to balance their hiring goals with providing efficient service.
You have an amazing employee named Nidal. My sandwich came out in time but I waited over 20 minutes for a shake. Within that time Nidal saw me waiting and went inside to check on the shake 4 times. The 4th time I guess he decided to make it himself even though he was tending to the cars. Thank you.
Did drive through, good food courtesy staff. 4 stars because they kept my change, a few cents so didn't bother.
