Chick-fil-a

Friendly staff, they get you in and out in no time. I believe from all the stores I've been to, these guys got it down to a system. The massive amount of vehicles in the drive through are steadily streaming through the driveway. I've been there about 5 times on different days and I was out in no time. Friendly staff, quick and efficient store.

You have an amazing employee named Nidal. My sandwich came out in time but I waited over 20 minutes for a shake. Within that time Nidal saw me waiting and went inside to check on the shake 4 times. The 4th time I guess he decided to make it himself even though he was tending to the cars. Thank you.

I visited the drive-thru today, excited for their service. However, the execution led to a frustrating customer experience. The employee who took my order struggled to understand me and it took about six minutes for them to finally collect my simple lunch order. I then had to wait around seven additional minutes at the drive-thru window before receiving my food. When I checked the bag, I realized my salad was missing the vinaigrette dressing I had requested. The employee apologized and went to get it, but I had to wait even longer. While I genuinely applaud Chick-fil-a efforts, the staffing resulted in painfully slow drive-thru service. As a customer, I felt my time was not valued. I hope Chick-fil-a can find a better way to balance their hiring goals with providing efficient service.

The Chick-fil-a at the Alamo Ranch location was recently renovated. They added a very cool outdoor patio area for making orders and enjoying the meal. We got great and quick service. My only criticism is that it is the second time I get an error in my order (crispy chicken instead of grilled). Other than that, I love the updates they made to the location.

They just reopened and took away ALL indoor dining. Expanded drive through. They have a covered patio with a walk up window to order food to go. So sad that they do not care about families and the dine in experience. The covered patio is not even nice. The floor looks like it is unfinished and raw concrete. Such a sad day for the franchise. I appreciate your response, Gregg. I have met you several times in the restaurant and always liked you and the way you took care of customers. I am excited to hear about the new larger restaurant opening soon.
