Wanted to eat prior to going to Six Flags. Was fast getting food and table. The parking lot was packed. They do have a drive-through.

Update/Edit: I just spoke with Customer Relations. They were so polite and so helpful and I felt very heard. They were able to issue a refund. I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars based on the professionalism of management. Thank you, Canes!
Original post: Came here last night as we had company over and purchased two Tailgaters (50 tenders). Atleast 40 of the 50 had tendons, grizzle, and one had a bone in it. If it wasn't a bone, it was a piece of grizzle hard enough to stab the roof of my mouth. All our guests had issues with it. Super disappointed.
I've been here before and gotten a 3 piece, but have never gotten a large order. I typically go to Boerne for that. And I will continue from now on. La Cantera parking lot sucks, cars are zipping around.
The line wrapped around the building, but it went so quick! And the service was great! So friendly!
For spending $87, I was hoping for it to be more edible. We typically love Canes, its always a hit but this was terrible.

Fast friendly service! Clean setting. Food was hot and fresh. 10/10 recommend. 3 piece combo comes with 3 tenders, fries, bread, sauce, and a drink for just under $10.

Other than older kids running around and throwing a football in the restaurant. Them hitting our table while we were eating lunch and not helping us clean up the mess they made for us at our table. I just wanted to pop that dang 🏈

It could of been cleaner. All the tables were dirty and had grease or crumbs or napkins on them. Everything else was great!

Went after a day of shopping , four or five cars in front of me and I got my food in less then 5 mins . Food was amazing , placed looked clean from what I can see from drive thru windows and employees very polite and friendly . Great service.

Has a great atmosphere! The only bad part is that they only have chicken fingers and fries. If you're a skinny one, then you can come here as much as you want.....If you're watching your figure - then start counting your calories.

I loved the 3 Piece tenders meal, the chicken and fries combo with the sauce is just *Chefs kiss* , along with Texas toast and a sweet tea just gives more reason to live on this beautiful earth. The service was great and I didn’t even have to wait that long to get my food after washing ny hands, truly a 5/5
