Sooo... I'm trying to figure out how in the heck I've never been here before. Today was my first time and let me tell you, I'm impressed. Great service and the food was fast, fresh, and delicious. Definitely a new favorite. The girl in the drive-thru was phenomenal. I hope she gets a raise lol

We Love it! Usually go to the 410&Broadway location where we always have great service but we went to LaCantera location since we were at Fiesta tx which by the way is convenient and inside of place & service was great too
Fast friendly service! Clean setting. Food was hot and fresh. 10/10 recommend. 3 piece combo comes with 3 tenders, fries, bread, sauce, and a drink for just under $10.
I love this restaurant the food is always fresh and good the chicken always crispy and the fries always done to perfection. Today I was assisted by Jacob and Samuel they were both kind, courteous and professional. I got my order quickly as well
Update/Edit: I just spoke with Customer Relations. They were so polite and so helpful and I felt very heard. They were able to issue a refund. I'm changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars based on the professionalism of management. Thank you, Canes!
Original post: Came here last night as we had company over and purchased two Tailgaters (50 tenders). Atleast 40 of the 50 had tendons, grizzle, and one had a bone in it. If it wasn't a bone, it was a piece of grizzle hard enough to stab the roof of my mouth. All our guests had issues with it. Super disappointed.
I've been here before and gotten a 3 piece, but have never gotten a large order. I typically go to Boerne for that. And I will continue from now on. La Cantera parking lot sucks, cars are zipping around.
The line wrapped around the building, but it went so quick! And the service was great! So friendly!
For spending $87, I was hoping for it to be more edible. We typically love Canes, its always a hit but this was terrible.
Great chicken finger meal. Good was good, restaurant was very clean. Slightly busy but no wait at line. Very simple straight tv an DC forward menu. The lemonade is also very tasty. My first time here and I had a good experience. Staff was in uniform, clean and very friendly. I would recommend to anyone who likes chicken. Crispy fried golden and juicy chicken. Thank you Raising Canes keep it up.
I loved the 3 Piece tenders meal, the chicken and fries combo with the sauce is just *Chefs kiss* , along with Texas toast and a sweet tea just gives more reason to live on this beautiful earth. The service was great and I didn’t even have to wait that long to get my food after washing ny hands, truly a 5/5
My family loves Cane’s. The food here is always fresh. Smells so good just going through the drive thru. I usually get a four piece. I can’t finish the six piece no matter how hungry I am. It’s a lot of food. Change out that cole slaw if you’d like, for extra fries or their delicious Texas toast. And get an extra Cane’s sauce. You’ll need it. Too it off with some sweet tea. Always super fast service at this location. Plus, they give a great military discount. Love how they’re super friendly here. Great chicken place.
Other than older kids running around and throwing a football in the restaurant. Them hitting our table while we were eating lunch and not helping us clean up the mess they made for us at our table. I just wanted to pop that dang 🏈
Wanted to eat prior to going to Six Flags. Was fast getting food and table. The parking lot was packed. They do have a drive-through.
Has a great atmosphere! The only bad part is that they only have chicken fingers and fries. If you're a skinny one, then you can come here as much as you want.....If you're watching your figure - then start counting your calories.
I’m from Dallas and today we came to San Antonio to visit six flags fiesta Texas across the street and after a day full of fun, we were hungry! After finding a raising canes near us I was ready. The crew here didn’t disappoint my hunger as crew was kind, fast and patient, food came out in less than 10 minutes and everything was HOT AND FRESH! he even announced “fresh chicken for Eduardo” Tasted bomb. Everyone seems to be nicer in San Antonio compared to Dallas lmao. This ain’t a review for fiesta Texas but crew is definitely nicer and better trained then the over Texas staff down in Dallas, I know that because I used to work at the Dallas park, take notes! Anyways back to canes, nice kind crew. Next time I come to SA I’ll make sure to stop by this location!
