To those that say fast food places are all the same we're not talking about this place. I loved this place out of the Chipotle's & Quadobas this is definitely top of the line fast food. The atmosphere is dope with good music selection & relaxing. Being from the east coast we don't have a place like this but looking forward to visiting San Antonio again for another great dining experience

It's been a while since I've been to a Freebirds. I'm not sure why I stopped( maybe not near a location), but I'm glad I went back. My gilrs and I shared a monster bowl and was stuffed to the brim with a bit left over. Super great customer service, too.

A friend told us that we should try this place out if we enjoyed Chipotle and Moe’s. This place was a lot like them and we enjoyed our food. Everything was very fresh. The chips were super fluffy/puffy in a crispy way—very yummy. I had a freebird size burrito. I could not imagine a MONSTER sized one as this was plenty! My hubby had the bowl. Great spot for a lunch date.

Super choice burritos hand made to order and excellent service. Decor is rad with cool murals and Statue of Liberty on a motorcycle with burrito in hand hanging from ceiling. The price was just a bit more than what I expected. Overall good food found here.

Giovanni and Mariana are amazing!! Thank you for making our bowls so perfect and full, I wish y’all were there everytime. Every one was working as a team, even the chef! They really went above and beyond, offering the freshest cookies, sweet tea, and prime rib.

It was my first time visiting here and the food was excellent. I eat gluten-free & had the nachos and it was delicious. The starters were very helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. I'll definitely try to be back.

Tried the birria burrito and it was okay but I can make birria from scratch so it wasn't as authentic but still good. Where else can you get kids meals so cheap? No complaints other than the bathroom had water all over the floor.

Freebirds is the best place I ever been too! The staff, the service and also the food is outstanding! To be honest, Freebirds beats Chipotle. Would recommend to people who likes burritos. A ton of options to pick out.

First and foremost the staff is efficient, kind, and hard working. This store regularly has a rush of 15 to 20 people every 30 minutes durring lunch. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to order and having social anxiety the staff is always patient and ready to help. I'm not even that big of a fan of Freeburds food (even though it's always fresh here) the staff makes me come back every time.

Really great customer service. We are on low carb and Darion chatted with us with some suggestions and also came up to see how we liked the cauliflower rice (since we’ve never had it) and I just thought he was super nice.
The four stars doesn’t mean it wasn’t great, it was just a it pricey especially for lunch. Other than that it was great.

I mean, it's a burrito joint. They all pretty much look the same and serve the same stuff. The food is consistent and good, fresh, but it's not life-changing. The service here sets them apart though. Very friendly and customer oriented at this location.
