Chick-fil-a

Wow. No one took pride in making these meals. You can really just slap discs of meat, bread, and veg together in a box and let Jesus take the wheel. I wouldn't go as far as to say my sandwich was inverted.. but I almost did lol. Probably more cheese plastered on the inside of the box than in the sandwich. And the chicken was sticking out so far from the bun that producing a mocking raspberry was all that was needed to complete the effect. Of course the cheese made it so all the components were glued into this position, the bun bearing the brunt of the reconstruction damage. I would be at a loss, but in all fairness it still tastes fine, save for the hint of paper essence once the cheese was grafted back on to the chicken. Overworked kids, overworked results. See you same time next week.

The customer service from a gentleman named Kerry I believe…? He was OUTSTANDING. I’ve been to this chick fil a many times but never have I recieved such amazing service. I was working, sat in a booth for over three hours, and saw this gentleman tend to every single person, going out of his way to just find things to do! Cleaned everything, pushed in chairs until they were “just right” got refills for people, checked on them, was smiling and lively, for hours! I dont ever leave reviews, I’m pretty bad about that, but this guy deserves the recognition. It felt like…an old friend. Made my day!

We come here at least 3x a week! My family wants it all the time. We've had the chicken sandwich, Cobb salad, chicken wraps, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, and yogurt with granola (my favorite substitute). We normally use the drive thru service due to the limited parking; most people park on the Wendy's side, that's the only downfall of this location.

The De Zavala location always gets my order right! I also feel appreciated as a customer because the franchise owner uploads freebie rewards for visiting this location, which I believe creates customer loyalty. It is always clean and the employees are very polite. It’s not the closest Chick-fil-A to my home, but I still make the trip here because my experiences are always positive.

My sister and I dined at Chick-fil-A for lunch today and the staff were top-notch! We ordered two sandwiches and fries and the meals were delicious! We also appreciated that the manager came by to ask us how we were doing and if she could refill our drinks. I was so appreciative of this great customer service!
