It was a great experience overall. The server was amazing. Really nice and helpful. The food was also overall really good. Not the best biryani I have had, but I think it is a matter of personal preference. The food was really good quality and the way it was served was also great. The only issue I had was the bathroom didn’t look the cleanest, but definitely still a five star specially if you don’t need to use the bathroom a lot!

Amazing food. GREAT staff that placed a last minute order for us. All of their chicken entrees were top notch. Definitely will be coming back.

Both their butter chicken and their tikka masala chicken are superb, waiter could have been more attentive like they are at some restaurants but it was ok.

Been here over 20 times, easily my favorite Indian food place. One thing I do reccomend is to eat in store, they give MUCH larger portions when you dine in, they prepare food differently when you take out, especially with the curry.
The Na'an (all variations) is only 2 to 4 dollars and they come in bunches of 5 or 6.
The soups cost more (10 to 14), and come with a free cup of rice (mild to spicy).
Biryani is around 10 to 16 dollars, and come LARGE dine in (if coming with a family, order this with the curries), and like the curry/soups, you can ask it in mild to spicy.
If you're coming in a party with a size 4 or less, the family pack is more than enough. 5 or more you should probably think twice, but it really depends on how much you can take in.
The Samoa's are crispy and tasty, and... That's it for me, I don't really stray from the curries or the biryanis since I'm there to eat in a group setting. But, if I can make a estimated guess, it has to be just as good as the rest of the food they make.
(The pot is left overs from a family pack)

First time here. Table service was excellent. The menu offered So many Delicious choices. I tried the non-vegetarian lunch combo. Wow! 6 different menu items. Chef's choice. There was So much food! Everything was so good. Especially the buttered naan. The Masala tea was nice and hot. Unsweetened. They provided sugar packets so you could sweeten your tea to your taste.
We brought home enough food after eating to our hearts delight to provide another meal! Thank you so much Biryani Pot for making our lunch so enjoyable!

No complaints whatsoever. The outside looks a bit deceiving because it looks like a hole in the wall, but the inside is pretty nice. The staff aren't super happy go lucky or anything, but they aren't rude? The food is so good that the servers don't really give af about service and the food is so good that you don't give af about them not giving af. The food speaks enough for itself. I don't care how much you think you can handle spicy.... if you order spicy, it's SPICYYYYYYY. Anyways, I WILL be back. Many times.

I eat at least two times a month in this restaurant and still crave the biryani from this place. I tried all kinds of biryani here and deserts too.
The items are good in both quality and quantity. The ambience is a bit basic but gives the original Indian restaurant vibe.
I tried this new item “Bagara Baingan” with garlic naan 2 days back and I still remember the taste. It was amazing.
I guess mango lassi is one of the popular items in this place. Haven't tried anytime but seen many people ordering it. The pickup and dine-in are both quick and on time.
They are very responsive to calls. There is Enough parking space for customers. The restrooms are clean but they have only one. The prices are very reasonable.
They modify the dishes according to the spice level we like. The cutlery and seatings are clean.

Such amazing food. We first had at Biriyani Pot in Dallas, and fell in love. The service is amazing. They took our order promptly, and brought it out very fast despite the kitchen being rushed with orders. We ordered the Crispy Masala Pepper Corn, which is the highlight dish among all the vegetarian dishes. I just eat it by itself as it tastes so good, and once you start you cannot stop eating.
We ordered a vegetable fried rice that was good as well. A little too much on the vinegar, but can be ignored as it tasted great. The egg Biriyani was also good. Just the right amount of spices, and flavor to make it taste incredibly delicious. If you are ever in San Antonio do not miss out on this restaurant.
The only reason I knocked off a star is because one half of the restaurant was hot. And we were sweating when it was 95F outside. But the staff and the food is super awesome

I will start with the review of paneer butter masala which was indeed amazing! Paneer biryani was good but little spicy. Double ka meetha was not worth trying as it was giving oil taste. Mango lassi was also average.
