Had a wait (1 hr), which is expected at a NICE place to eat. They have plenty to do for the kids and adults while you wait (billiards and arcade games). You can even have an adult beverage while you wait as well. The staff was extremely friendly. Their knowledge of the food was on point and her suggestions were great. Appetizers and main course was delicious. House salads are really fresh. I had a party of 9 and our bill came to $160.00 with tip and that is because of all the EXTRAS ( double meat on main course, double appetizers, extra salads) we ordered. Over all the experience was phoenomenal!

I loved having lunch with my family here.
The building is an actual warehouse in some industrial part of San Antonio.
The entrance lobby has tall open spaces and ceilings and it lends to the whole atmosphere of the name.
The food was delicious and the staff/management were amazing when one of our dishes took an extra minute to cook.
Would eat here again and again.

We were visiting the Hayes Street Bridge and Spaghetti Warehouse is pretty close, so we thought we would give it another try.
The hostess was not very hospitable and the wait was pretty long
Our waiter, John, was excellent! He saved the night. Our meal was out in a timely manner and we all enjoyed our entrees. We had the meatball sub, fettuccini chicken alfredo, and the 15 layer lasagna (I am not sure if there are truly 15 layers. The picture shows the lasagna, untouched, the way it was served) either way, it was really good.
Thank you, John, for the best service!

We really enjoyed lunch here! Went on a Sunday and they weren't busy. The waitress was kind and brought us each a sample of the soups before we placed our orders. (The order comes with a soup or salad as an appetizer). Food was great, we had chicken parmesan (delicious!!) Spaghetti with meat balls (amazing!) And lasagna (also good). Overall, we'd stop by again when we visit San Antonio next time. Also, the decor is very unique and adds to the experience! We asked to sit inside the train cart! Lots of cool decorations. Bathrooms were clean as well.

The wait was long (30+ minutes), but the atmosphere was nice, the staff was friendly and very expedient, and the food was fantastic. The portions are huge, so bring your appetite or you'll be toting a lot of your food home. You get a lot of bang for your buck here.

This is the third time at this place, the food is good, the ambience is very traditional. It is an old location so don't expect top of the line furniture or anything like that, but it is a nice experience to take the family, they have a game room, some classic carnival arcade type of games. Good for group dinners too. Very casual atmosphere. I will recommend.

Well let me start off first by saying to each their own.
This review is long overdue since we had our wedding reception one month ago on February 18, 2017. We have been meaning to write a review but also wanted to include pictures. We spoke to the manager Laura and she informed us of the banquet menu which had very reasonable pricing, a great selection and which rooms that we could use (there are two) one room is completely private and the other semi-private other guests can see you. Laura was very understanding and helpful as well as the staff who would direct my call to her. We booked the private room which was able to hold approx. 100 or so guests. Since no one booked that room the night before we were able to decorate it as we pleased, bring a speaker in for music, and also come in through the side door since I had my wedding dress and my husband had tux. All other guests were able to leave out the door as well but enter through the main lobby. Overall the food was great! as well as the service and Laura made us feel welcome and the staff were very attentive. We had about 14 adults and 7 kids and everything worked out perfectly. We couldn't be happier and were very glad we went with Spaghetti warehouse. Thank you to Laura and the other managers who were on call and to all the staff for being on top of their game in helping us and making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for giving us a lasting memory. -Emmanuel & Natalie.

Go early or expect a wait during dinner hours. The trolley is a cozy dining experience and is usually less crowded. The environment is relaxed and family oriented. It's easy to get filled on the bread and large salads. Bring your appetite, there are no small servings. Even the kid's plates contain a hefty serving. You can make reservations, but do so at least a week in advance. Parking is free here and you may get the pleasure of hearing the train pass while you dine.

Large servings and great taste. The environment is nice and they have great decor. The service is a little slow and could be better. Overall, I had a good time and would recommend this place to anyone.
