The best burger chain here in San Antonio.
This store is always pretty clean, never used the restrooms but I bet they are pretty typical for fast food restaurants.
The floor wasn't sticky which is nice and the music playing over the speakers was nice.
Staff is cordial and helpful and the food is made fast just like you ordered it.

Ordered food from here via a food delivery app. Everything showed up right and everything tasted great. Really enjoyed the onion rings and all the mustard and pickles on the burger.

Whoever cooking at whataburger tonight past 2am is the goat everything was on point, crazy cuz I could order the same thing g during the day or earlier and the night and it be trash. My food tonight was awesome at 3am, taquito with sausage potato and bacon and a Jr chili cheese burger, soo good

Seems to be your typical burger joint. The establishment was mostly clean, just a few crumbs on some empty tables. We visited later at night, so not many customers there at that time.
Food was great! Everything on the order was correct, counter person was very friendly and welcoming when we placed our order.
My older kids LOVED this place, and we'd definitely come back again if/ when in the area!

Amazing employees! I let my son place his own order and pay at the window from the back seat. The female taking the order was super sweet to him and used his name Jake, the entire time from placing the order to him paying at the first window and second window to hand him his food was a manager who also addressed by his name and personally hand him his food. Amazing service!! Well done all the way around!!!

Now I know why this restaurant was voted number 1 Whataburger in the whole state of Texas. Ernesto greeted me with a healthy welcome and offered different menu items. Had me the triple meat Whataburger and fries 🍟 and took the new Chili cheese Whataburger for later in the evening. He even let me know that one of my rewards was going to expire so I was able to use it. Great job and service.👍👍👍

Burger was a bit salty, had to pay for cheese @.60 per slice, should be included. Not like I had been to, fries are like McDonald's fries.

We came on the 2nd night that they were giving out free whataburgers when you signed up on the app. They were extremely busy & the app ended up crashing. The front cashier Adriana was very helpful & accommodating. Got us taken care of anyways with added friendliness instead of frustration. Great job Adriana!

I love this Whataburger, but the manager should probably take the salt shaker away from the person that salted the fries tonight. They are so salty we can't even eat them. Travesty to throw away what a fries ��

Have been to many Whataburgers in San Antonio. Never have any trouble, store 946 is the best. Crew members are great, very friendly. Kudos to all.

Never have any issues at this one. They gave me the wrong size fries once and they quickly fixed it and let me keep the wrong ones. Always courteous and polite; even get the 2 drive thru lines moving quickly.

My last stop in Texas, before this stop, was in Amarillo, where we just stopped at a greasy spoon joint. this was a great pit stop, especially after a short but long flight down. I can't wait to come back down again!
