Fantastic experience at IHOP! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot for a satisfying breakfast or a casual meal.

After reading a couple of the horrible reviews I feel I definitely have to write about our experience here: We'd been in San Antonio for a whole week for a conference, so we had quite a few meals in the city, and this was by far our best experience. Unfortunately I can't recall our server's name, but he was fantastic! Very attentive without being annoying, friendly, knowledgeable, he even gave us the option to pay separately which I have never had happen in the US before (we're from Germany). Five star service which we didn't get in all of the high-class restaurants around the convention center. The food was all fantastic (and we had five different things since there were five of us there), no complaints at all.
I can only recommend this place highly - I will definitely be back if I'm in San Antonio again!

Steak omelet a bit dry, I don't care for my eggs/omelette to be brown on bottom. Also coffee needed to be stronger and offer flavored creamers.

Corrina, Arnold and Mikey saved the day. After a long annual Anime convention my girls and I decided to wrap up the trip with IHOP. After a bad experience with a server I was reluctant to say anything but the GM here really does care about the establishment and optics this puts on the city. Our Brunch was great and well worth the do over. Mikey our server went above and beyond. We will definitely eat here again and look forward to it. Thanks again staff for helping end a great trip with a great serviced meal.

We were seated during the middle of the morning convention crush (during labor day weekend, no less). Short wait, great portions, amazing service. Our server Andres must've had clones of himself running around because he was in 4 places at once. He was amazing!

Andres was absolutely amazing. He took care of us better than anyone, during a rush and a wait, literally running between front and back of house and being extremely charming and friendly the entire time. Our food came out amazing, we had a great time!
