Gogi Street

Gogi street is my go to “treat yo self” place at my office. My husband and I will be in a mood for something different than our usual homemade lunches and we will both say “Gogi Street!!!” My order is always an Aloha Bowl, the tempura shrimp is the perfect consistency and the cheese is an unusual topping that actually makes the dish very cohesive. My husband’s order is usually the Spicy Alamo Bowl, it comes only in a Large size and is honestly enough food for two meals. We always say we are going to try other menu items, but it’s hard to make a change to an already perfect order. Placing orders is easy, we usually call ahead and pickup within 10-15 minutes. Never an I correct order and always satisfied with our meal!

I came here this year. Recently became pregnant. I have been avoiding every food imaginable and this is the only place that I have been craving. They definitely have flavors and dishes that are hard to replicate. Came here a couple times and each time I’ve enjoyed my meal. They’re fast and you definitely get your moneys worth. Food is awesome. If I wasn’t so damn broke I would eat here everyday.

First of all let me just say this … It’s not real Korean food. I’ve had Real Korean food and it’s way better. So if you’re looking for REAL KOREAN FOOD ? Don’t have high expectations… other than that ? This place is amazing if you have a huge appetite! My boyfriend took me here just to try it out … and I actually like it … I don’t remember what we got … but it’s was so filling. Huge portions, very delicious! They have a huge variety of selection on their menu ? and we will definitely come back!

The food is good, not sure about how authentic it is (just because of my low experience in consuming Korean food). Portions are big and really fulfilling. You order at cashier's and then you pick up your food from the counter. Which I don't very like, but oh well,not every restaurant has money for waiteter's crew. The atmosphere is not supported in Korean style unfortunately. I love the national restaurants with full national flavor, that's when it become true, I think. Another thing that I didn't very like: you order from menu on digital screen, and there's no ingredients mentioned. Which is especially lame for vegetarians and vegans or people with other diet restrictions.
