Best Mexican food I ever tasted on my USA vacations! Nice atmosphere in the restaurants and super friendly waiters! Would love to come back.
This was our 1st time here. We had a party of 14. The staff was nice, place was clean, and food was good. The chips with salsa and side of queso were good. We had a plate of Pollo espinaca, Pescado asado, beef enchiladas, and nachos. Everything tasted good. The rice wasn't great but it wasn't bad. I would visit here again to try something different. They have sooo many options.
Pros : chips & salsa are delish, the guac is amazing and so reminiscent of my FAV guac from a childhood Mexican restaurant which I have dearly missed. My chimichanga was soooo good but def could have used more meat since I paid an addtl $3 for a steak upgrade, but then my daughter's tacos were overflowing with meat so that a bonus. My daughter's fajita beef tacos were good too. Our waitress was very sweet.
Cons : the whole restaurant smells bad as soon as you walk in. Like septic issues in the building? Not sure. The rice and beans were just so so. The food also took a very long time to come out, even in an empty restaurant, so make sure you're not in a hurry when you come here. It was worth the wait, though!
Overall a yummy experience.
Soooo Goood! I had the Carne Guisada and my daughter had beef fajitas! My meat was tender and flavorful and the rice and beans were so good. The steak for the fajitas had amazing flavor and tasted like they were marinated and were full of flavor!
Homemade tortillas. Amazing salsa with just the right hint of spice.
Mango margarita was flavorful without being overbearing.
The sopapillas here should be their own food group! Flaky and just the right amount of cinnamon and powered sugar with a side a honey! I wanted more but was full!
Fantastic atmosphere and wait staff! Our drinks never went empty and they checked on us continuously.
Highly recommended!
Casa Sol has some of the best Mexican food we've ever had. Everything from the chalupas to the spinach enchiladas was absolutely delicious. The chips are thin and crisp and the beer is nice and cold. Very friendly atmosphere.
I was really impressed by this place. The outside really doesn't do it any justice. It's a vibrant place with bright colorful, festive colors around the restaurant. The inside is a quaint spot where you can enjoy a team authentic Mexican dish. I had enchiladas. My friend had grilled chicken and my other buddy had a deep fried burrito that was just delicious with cheese sauce on top! The tea was great the free chips and salsa wasn't too bad also. The service was excellent. I'm just really taken aback by this place! Definitely will come back again and definitely recommend! Thank you!!! 🙂🙂🙂🌯
My friend and I usually go to casa sol Friday nights.. love the food there plus your not waiting a long time for a table.. there is this one waitress Paulina!! She is one of the best waitress and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.. we always like sitting in her section cause we know we are gonna have amazing service.. shout out to Paulina.. thank you for all that you do .. your the best and she deserves a raise!!
One of my favorites. They know me and my service dog. Always ask how he is if he doesn't go with me. Food is always hot and tasty. Love the fresh chips and homemade salsa.
Great lunch location. The mushroom sauce is homemade and matches very well with cheese or shrimp. Enchiladas. The shrimp and Chilada‘s could use a few more shrimp but otherwise it’s delicious.
The chimichanga is full and the sauce is plenty.
The sizes of glasses for beverages are perfect. Definitely will come back for a quick lunch break. The customer service was fast and Attentive.
