Great service and great food ! Wasn’t expecting much since it was a last min option near me, and I wasn’t aware it was a bar setting . Glad we stumbled upon it! The dumplings were fresh , soft and the stuffing was juicy . Burger meat flavor was on point and the brioche bun 👌🏼 but the bbq was one of
Tucker’s is your good ole neighborhood bar, albeit an almost iconic neighborhood bar. The food is good, the service is great, the ambiance is cool and the beer is COLD. The food prices are a little on the high side (but in this day and age the prices are high on everything, everywhere). Will definit
Cool little spot that looked like you could really have a great time. Had the catfish and it was some of the best catfish I’ve ever had. Mac&cheese was super creamy and okra was made just right. Live music was going when we showed up. Two bars one inside and one out. The bartender served us. She was
Went for lunch with my 2 coworkers this afternoon, and wow what an amazing experience! We all got the beef pho which came with a delicious healthy portion of brisket and comforting house-made broth, and served with fresh herbs, lime wedges, and sprouts! We also ordered these delicious honey citrus b
Definitely the best ribs in town! If you are looking for a restaurant with finger licking good ribs, look no further! The meat falls right off the bones! 5 star food forsure. Make sure you check out Tucker’s Kozy Korner! The plate you see in the images is ribs, beans, green beans and cornbread.
They served me and my family last night and the food was amazing. Their Bahama mama is top tier. Great service.
The food was decent. Great presentation of food, but wasn't worth the price to me. The chicken was dried out to me like it had been reused or something. My waffle was drench in syrup when I got it, so it fell apart as I ate it. I would choose another place for brunch if I wanted to pay as much as I
Tucker’s is a long time establishment full of history from the east side of town. Though the establishment has changed ownership a few times it is now under the Steve Mahoney ownership which includes other great establishments in SA including Fransis Bogside my favorite Neiborhood Irish bar/ restaur
Between the music and the atmosphere here, I felt like I was at the airport bar in Jackie Brown. This is the coolest little bar I have ever been to. Started out with dumplings as an appetizer, one of my favorites. Then had pho with Texas brisket on top... amazing... Never had pho at a bar before, an
The chicken and waffles was so good. It is indeed a kozy Korner. Keep in mind if all of your party/guest/friends are not with you, then you won't be seated but you can sit at the bar or chairs out front the restaurant
My new favorite bar! It was a very chill environment.
Fun place for a Sunday morning brunch. Not a ton of a ambiance but the food is good if you like rich heavy southern cooking (which we do). This old east side neighborhood bar is now a hipster gathering.
It’s my first time here at tuckers & I had the tuckers burger, I was very pleased with it and would definitely come back to make it my go to burger joint!.
Came here in the evening for noodles and did not disappoint. Driving or walking by you might not think to stop by, but the food and drinks were great.
If you want a place for brunch this is the place. This place has become our routine brunch spot. The food is amazing. Always amazing and fresh. The fruits that come on the plates change for seasons and the food is portioned great! The drinks are so good and if you're looking for something different
