Five Guys Sonterra

We've been here several times - our favorite is a double cheeseburger. Not the cheapest for kids because there's no kids menu, but you can always share. I recommend only buying 1 small fry for the whole family to share because they always give so many extra! My husband's favorite is the malt vinegar for the fries. They start cooking once you order, so if you're in a hurry you can call in your order instead of waiting once you're there. We've ordered the hotdog and the grilled cheese for kids. I love the milkshakes, and they're big enough for sharing ☺️

My daughter ordered on line and it put her order to a different location so it took longer to get there. The staff took it upon themselves to make her fresh fries when she walked in. I found that was very nice of them to do. She didn't even tell them what had happened they just did it for her. To me that is great customer service. She enjoyed the burger and fresh fries.

Oh my deliciousness! These burgers are real good I tell you, and the staff was exceptional as well. Greeted with such a welcoming attitude, the cashier answered all our questions about the menu(this being the first time we’d been here). We opted for 2 Small Cheeseburgers and a strawberry shake topped with whipped cream! They make the burgers fresh and offer courtesy peanuts 🥜 such as Texas Roadhouse does! Definitely will be coming back to this location soon enough!

It’s 5 guys; don’t listen to all the haters about prices and such. They have the burgers and fries that you’ve grown to love at close to the same prices they’ve always been. They’ve always been a more expensive fast food, but at 10x better then McDonald’s but only for a couple of bucks more per burger. Free water cups, and they have the fancy coke machine that has every flavor you could want. The employees were some of the nicest I’ve seen, complimenting and talking about my shirt and saying hello and goodbye to everybody. Don’t go there if you want a cheap meal, but if you’re looking for the 5 guys experience, then it’s got it all.

Rock stars work here! They killed a big order we had and did it with finesse.. great food. Hot and delicious. Fresh fries. Clean establishment. Friendly staff went above and beyond. Helped load up vehicle. They we energetic and a pleasure I work with. Thank you for all the help. Definitely recommending to others.
