Everything was great, ordered 2 drinks and got them in less then a minute. 2 staff members on shift.

Incompetence taken to a whole new level. Sold food to the guy infront of us , came back 10min later telling him they dont actually have that.We ordered a single pastry, took them another 5min to get that..gave us the wrong item. Employees seem to have no idea whatsoever of what they have, where it is and what they should be doing.

Standing at the FRONT of the line with 2 kids. Once the THREE employees finally looked up, they have the nerve to try and take the order of the people BEHIND me... it's no wonder why they having nothing but 1 star reviews. Overpriced, horrible service.

Out of a lot of stuff, and the cashier had to "go check" on every item I asked about... finally ordered hot dogs and it took 45 minutes for them to prepare them!!! There were no other customers waiting. We were looking for a QUICK bite and we could have been in and out of the steakhouse next door in less time! The lemonade was disgusting... tasted almost fishy. DO NOT eat here unless you just want a bag of chips! I expected more from a cafe at a significant tourist destination!

Ordered the tower hot dog and the bread was cold. After a while, we ask for our drinks (they were taking too long) and the cashier told us he forgot about them.

Had to get chips and drinks..... and the drinks weren’t even cold.......
