Excellent food, drinks and service. The fish tacos are the best we've ever had and absolutely fantastic! The queso and chips were both made from scratch and excelkent as well. Highly recommend 👌 👍

Service was not very welcoming. They were ignoring tables with lesser people. 1 Quesedilla took more than 30 mins and 2 reminders to be ready It tasted good.

I got the steak and chicken fajita, it was OK, not enough flavor, nachos and queso were pretty good. Service and wait time were also good.

Best part were the green chicken enchiladas. Definitely get those. Other things were okay but not mind-blowing. Service a little slow but picked up. Beautiful night. We sat outside and enjoyed the gorgeous views and sunset. Would definitely come again!

This review is for the chips and salsa. Let me tell you straight up that they have some of the best chips and salsa in San Antonio! Easily! I couldn't recommend them more. If a rep for the resort or Cantina, please never change the supplier or way you make them. Send me a message if you do so I have a chance to set you straight. Beyond the obviously wonderful chips and salsa, the happy hour margaritas are a steal for $6!

The chips were awesome and addicting. Even the red salsa had a pleasant kick to it! The tacos are pretty small at $5 a pop. I got 2 and I should have ordered 6, but I ate enough chips to make up for it. The rice and beans were pretty decent and the Mexican corn was really good, especially after mixing it with the salsa. Great way to end the evening with a tasty dinner.

I came here with friends on a Thursday night. This was my first time even visiting the resort where this restaurant is located. It has a nice casual atmosphere. It was a little odd to me that there wasn't a hostess at the entrance of the restaurant. We chose a table and a server came to our table very quickly. We ordered an appetizer: guacamole and chips. The guacamole was yummy! (You really can't go wrong with guac!) The chips, however, are a different story. I like they serve thicker chips. Nothing disappoints me more than when you are excitedly dipping your chip in the bowl and it breaks. The chips were extremely greasy though. The chips looked like they went swimming...in grease. An adult drink was much needed so I ordered the Pepinorita. (FYI: Adult drinks average between $12-$14.) This was absolutely delicious! Very refreshing. The flavors were light and blended well together. My favorite finishing touch: a chile powder rim. I had the Grilled Chicken tacos for dinner. The entree consisted of three chicken tacos topped with salsa (not spicy) and guacamole & a side of rice and beans. If you're looking for the rice and beans your Latina grandma used to make, this isn't it. However, it was good. I would eat this again. Our server was very attentive and courteous. Great service! FYI: The outside seating area is very close to one of the pools. If you don't like that type of noise, sit inside.

Atmosphere incredible. Food very good, but not excellent. Tried four different tacos...the meat versions all tasted alike. The potato version was (surprisingly) the tastiest! Margarita was pretty good, but I've had better. Also was served in a plastic beer cup. Tacky. Staff was very attentive. Outdoor music for a private event was much too loud. Band was fine, but when they stopped, other music was deafening. I'd go again if just for the setting!!
