Absolutely fantastic food. I’ve had about 6 different “specialty burgers and chicken sandwiches” and each have been truly stellar, to the point that I have to really think about what I’m going to order each time I come. The sides are great and have a wide variety.
The owners really care and they/their workers are always cheerful and positive which makes for a fantastic experience each time we come.
There wasn't a full menu but the food we did order was super good! We got the spicy chicken sandwich with crispy tots, a kids burger, chili burger with grilled jalapeños, triple burger, spicy fried pickles, onion rings, sweet potato fries, fries and the Maddy. There was 7 of us and we could not finish the food. It's ok though we had left overs for later! We definitely recommend the spicy fried pickles, the onion rings are AMAZING, the sweet potatoes are delicious, the chili in the food was SO good. The fries are the lightly battered kind which we LOVE. We were so full that we were only able to taste the Maddy and it was yummy. The burgers are made to your doneness! It was all just a very pleasant and delicious experience! Ty for that BWB Co.

I had the single patty with pepper jack cheese hand grilled jalapeños on top. The onion rings are some of the best I’ve had in about 5 years.

My husband and I had one of the best burgers today...I hate I didn't take a picture maybe because it looked soo good. The pics on their site was absolutely what you will get. The staff was very welcoming from the time we walked in. Kris the owner was so friendly and talked with us. Definitely check this place out you will not be disappointed...delicious and affordable!!! We will be back and I will take pics.
The food here is AMAZING! I’m picky when it comes to burgers and was very happy with the quality of meat used and the flavor of the burgers. The sides and appetizers were all great too. I highly recommend the fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. Some of the best chili I’ve ever had. Went well with the chili burger and loaded fries. The portions are very generous. We came with a group of friends and still had lots of leftovers. The staff is very friendly and despite not having everything on the menu, they do their best to make sure you have a good experience. We are from the Corpus area visiting San Antonio and are happy to say it was worth the drive.
Highly recommend the Legend😎👍 I’ve travelled all over the country and tried a lot of restaurants and can honestly say I’ve never had anything quite like this sandwich. Lots of flavor and don’t let the camera angle fool you, it’s big, this is a sandwich you eat with two hands! The fries were also amazing, really enjoyed the “Stubborn Soda” specifically the root beer. Not the cheapest place in town but you get a lot of food and it’s all wonderfully and uniquely flavored. Service was excellent too, great job, don’t miss this hidden gem!!
New location in La Vernia is beautiful!! It is still charming with rustic touches, but a little fancy. This place is worth the drive! The patty melt, with all the cheeses, is amazing! The onions and mushrooms are so delicious flavor bombs, I cannot believe they get so much flavor!! The shakes are smooth and thick and creamy. The tater tots are ALWAYS HOT AND CRISP. Never have I had a soggy tot. The French fries are good, but I prefer the tots. The hamburgers are always moist and juicy! You get your money's worth, they don't hold back on anything. I have not had a bland or unfortunate burger. Everything I've tried on the menu is superb. My husband had their new spicy bacon crazy burger, and we've been back to get it again because it is so good. Restrooms are gender neutral, so no long lines!
The burgers were definitely worth the drive. My family and I just moved to the area and try to support local. I read about this place and decided to try it. So worth it. It is definitely a repeat. Food was great and the folks there were really nice. We’ll be back soon.
Best burger I've got from a restaurant in a long time, you can tell they make every burger with the extra attention to the details, I can in a group of 4 and all our burgers were exactly how we wanted them. The fries had a perfect crisp. The customer service was excellent staff was super friendly. 10/10 will be coming back
Firat bite....I was like,THIS is THE ONE...i guess I won't be eating burger when i go back to California.
