This place was amazing! The Mac and cheese nice and hot the food had so much flavor and the spicy bbq sauce was soo good. I got the family and added ribs and turkey we will come back
Food was on point. I highly recommend the sweet sauce. I got to try the brisket, chicken, and turkey and I would gladly order each one again. Also if you have kids, or are a kid at heart don't forget to get some mac-n-cheese. Great value, well served, and very reasonable prices.
An absolutely solid BBQ choice in San Antonio. Delicious food, loads of options, quick service, and a clean and cozy BBQesque atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had the pulled pork and brisket. The pulled pork was tender, smoked, and jaw smacking, as advertised. The brisket complimented it well. I closed out dinner with a large cut of sweet potato pie 🥧......
Plenty of drink and dessert options as well.

This is my first time here was on google maps looking for a bbq place this popped up was like I wanna try it. this place is WOW packed with Smokey delicious authentic bbq flavor it deserves to be in a better side of town. Friendly and fast staff great indoor and outdoor seating If you haven’t tried this place yet and you like TEXAS bbq I would 100% recommend it.
Fat girl had BBQ sauce all over the front of my shirt and I didn't even know it! But everyone was so busy stuffing their faces, no one noticed! DELICIOUS BBQ!! The brisket falls apart easily and has great flavor and is juicy like me! The creamy corn is creamy and thick with corn! So delicious!!!!! The tea....was sweet...like me! I paid $17 for a hearty serving of delicious tender brisket, flavorful creamy corn, Mac n cheese, and a sweet tea. The bread, pickles, onions, and BBQ sauce are given at no charge. The restaurant has a woodshed country vibe to it, the staff is constantly cleaning and quick to attend to customers. If you haven't given this place a try.. do it now! Try them out! 🤤
Great place for some really good BBQ, had the 3 meat plate, brisket, pulled pork and boneless chicken(yes it’s an option 😀) cream corn and Mac and cheese. Definitely a place worth trying A++

Thought we would try the BBQ here and glad we did! The ribs were some of the best I have had! The chicken was very good to, and nice flavor and just the right moisture. I really liked the creamed corn!

I'm new to the area and was looking for another BBQ Place besides typical Bill Millers, but when I discovered this Lil joint Rusty Bucket off Cupples and hwy 90 and decided to give them a try I was glad I did, I was NOT disappointed at all everything was on point!! I enjoyed all the antique decorations hanging in the restaurant and the huge picnic tables w/ all the made bbq sauces, definitely give it that vibe! It's warm and inviting to eat there. The many bbq sauces they make here are pretty damn good! And we tried the brisket, chicken, and ribs and all was perfect and they give you good portions! I recommend the Mac N Cheese, Potato Salad, and Spicy Green Beans for the sides.The employees were friendly and acknowledged you, they gave great customer service here and the restaurant was organized and neat and everyone handling food here wore gloves which I liked. Thank you all for everything! Marissa gave excellent customer service and is the best at offering suggestions, I will be back!!
THIS IS A BBQ JOINT! BRO! We literally do not have anything close to this in Atlanta and I am sad 😞. Great Brisket, chicken, ribs and pulled pork. The creamed corn and mac...geez. We ordered more on the way out for later. Come get it while it's 🔥!
Update: We ate it cold at the hotel later. Either we were hungry or it just tasted better. So good! Made with love!
