AMAZING customer service!
Wasn't feeling too hungry so I got a kids meal chicken strip plate.
Came with 3 strips and a side (I ate a tender before the picture).
Complimentary corn bread and biscuit.
Spent $7.
The waiter who tended to me was so kind and had such a welcoming attitude.
I showed up about 30mins before closing and he still made sure to make my visit just as great as any other.

This Cracker Barrel was clean, had a lot of chairs outside for customers to wait in, and had an overall classic Cracker Barrel Atmosphere.
I went during breakfast time on a Wednesday morning and got greeted with the wonderful staff inside. I was surprised that I was able to get seated in seconds.
I tried Cracker Barrel's new Homestyle Chicken N' French Toast, which was $11.49, not bad, considering that it came with 6 French toasts and 1 fried chicken. I have to say, whoever the chef was made my chicken perfect with just the right amount of crunch and tender meat on the inside. The French toast is always amazing in Cracker Barrel. You can never go wrong ordering it. 😘👌🏼

The service is not attentive... did not offer biscuits or corn bread... had to be looking around for attention, not the first time in different locations. The server is not motivated, and we have the same motivation when it comes to tips, too!! The food was amazing!!
We keep coming back for the food 5/5 to kitchen team!!

This was my first time ever eating inside a Cracker Barrel restaurant and store. The staff were friendly and helpful inside the restaurant and store. I ordered the pancake taco. The plate was tasty and; while it was hard for me to cut, had a lot of effort put into making this pancake taco. The hashbrown was good and the biscuits were a good thing to eat with the pancake taco. In the store I bought the old Hershey's almond chocolate bar, the chocolate was delicious. This place is a good place to eat for breakfast or lunch.

Our visit here was excellent. The waitress (I forget her name so I apologize) was very courteous and gave all information about dishes and explain the expanded/available breakfast menu when we went in during lunch time. We ordered a side of biscuits and gravy and she was even kind enough to let us know that a wait would be needed as a batch was currently being made.
I had the cornmeal fish while my partner had the pancake tacos. My fish was cooked excellently and the sides I ordered (pinto beans, cole slaw, and hash brown casserole) were also great. I haven’t been here in years but I’ll give my visit a perfect score. Thanks again!

The food was amazing, however, the service was a little lacking. Our server may have been spread a little thin today, maybe that contributed to the lack of friendliness. Nonetheless, he was still quick and attentive. For me the whole vibe of the restaurant was just a little off. The food was still great and I highly recommend it.

First off the hostess Jacqueline was awesome and very accommodating. Our server was also very attentive as well. The breakfast here was amazing and if you get a chance I highly recommend the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes. They start you off with some pretty amazing buttermilk biscuits but don't fill up on those lol. The food came out rather quickly and fresh. The portions where more than enough even the French toast plate could be shared. Tried the cinnamon roll latte which was pretty good. They have a pretty cool country store with about anything and everything a country store should have. I will most certainly be eating here again and give this spot a 10. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Lots of great products on the store side, including chocolate covered pecans. The restaurant side has many delicious items, including Hashbrown Casserole Tots, which were recommended for me on 4-19-23 by my server Yvonne, who was so sweet! Speaking of, the staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic! About the Hashbrown Casserole Tots, it was love at first bite! A MUST-TRY for fans of potato-based dishes!
I will make sure to visit this restaurant/ store during my next trip to San Antonio.

Came for Thanksgiving meal with my family ☺️ not only the Thanksgiving meal was delicious and moist. I am not a fan of sweet potato but I am to whoever made it this time around.

Great food, great service. I highly recommend ordering the country boy breakfast, you get to choose your meat and sides but I'll tell you specifically what I ordered so you can try it as well! Hope you have a big appetite because this breakfast ain't for the weak. I ordered the country boy breakfast, My choice of meat was a sirloin steak and it comes with 3 eggs (I get mine over easy, perfect every time) then you get a choice of 2 sides. So I get the Hasbrown casserole and I substitute one of the sides for pancakes (you get 2 pancakes). The pancakes are only $1.99 for you to substitute a side. Not bad at all if you ask me. AND you get a basket or freshly made biscuits that come with a side of gravy && grape, strawberry and blackberry jelly and butter. I'm telling you this will be your go to breakfast plate! You gotta give it a try... In my opinion it's not only cheaper in price than IHOP but the portions are bigger the food is heartier and it's way more delicious but again this is just my opinion but very well worth a try ! If you do decide to try my go to plate I truly hope you enjoy your meal. God bless you!!

Great place for early Christmas decorations and fun impulse buying items. 🙂 We signed in and we’re seated in 5 (yes 5) minutes! Our waitress was all smiles and very helpful with the menu and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our meal. The noise was a little high but tolerable.

I love this place!! I've been about 6 or 7 times to different locations and each time it's great amazing food. Sometimes it's a bit of a wait but it's fine because the food is worth the wait. The food is always delectable. Tasty , warm, perfect temperature and some great corn bread. The service is on par, great customer service and clean restrooms. To pay the tab at the end is also very convenient on your phone. It's a quick pay without hassles or waiting in line.

Decided to come a bit late on a Friday night for dinner. Short wait to our table which was clean and was quickly greeted by our host, Dani.
Dani was prompt, kind and took great care of us with our minimal needs. He was an absolute pleasure to be served by and we can't wait to go back and ask for his service again!

This evening we went for dinner. Arrived at 6:50, seated at 7 drink orders at 7:08...food didn’t show up until 7:58...no bread or explanation. I spoke with retail manager then restaurant manager. Chicken fried checked was terribly over cooked, chicken strips were the color of milk chocolate, catfish was room temp and even the biscuits were burned on the top corners. Apples served rather than fries as ordered (at this point whose sending food back? We were starving) repeatedly had to ask for refills on drinks. Offered free dessert that ten minutes after we asked for the check still didn’t show up. Drinks and two lower priced meals out of seven meals were comped. Manager admitted there was a problem in the back...but she wanted me to solve the problem, “do you want free dessert?” Grow up professionally and solve the problem. I’ve been in your store for an hour and 45 minutes...box the desserts.. never again.

My family came for breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning. We were seated right away. Our wait staff was very attentive and took very good care of us. We had pancake and French toast platters and every looked and tasted amazing! We love the variety of food choices and always have a good meal there. We highly recommend Cracker Barrell.

This store is not ran very professionally. There where several things I took note of when I was there on 6/6/17 at 11 am with my wife.
* The server never brought either one of us water and did not refill her coffee in till we are about to leave.
* The food took 37 minutes to bring to our table and I did not ask any questions because I was afraid they might spit in my food
* when the food arrived my eggs were cooked raw or should I say undercooked
*there is a small hair in my wife's scoop of butter on top her pancakes.
*The little Maple syrup bottles were cold and not heated as they're normally supposed to be when brought with pancakes.

Sitting in a rocking chair outside as I type this. Our food portions were a complete joke. The food was not seasoned. The sweet tea awful. Our waitress had an attitude the size of Texas. The floors were slick enough to ski on. And last but not least the female bathroom smelled like
Urine. Just awful. This location needs a
Major Overhaul.

I've eaten at several Cracker Barrel locations all over the country. The service was good, the food was okay, but the experience was not. My family of five was crammed into a four-top, and we were packed like sardines next to another table. I accidentally bumped the guy behind me and he turned and said that I almost knocked him across the table. Though he exaggerated, I apologized. I don't think I will visit this location again, especially on Sunday. What earned you the second star was the store. We bought a slinky dog for our kids to play with.

First off I'd like to say the food is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had no silverware. We literally got our food and had to ask for silverware after it arrived. But other than that everything was great. And the price for the food wasn't bad. I'd go back.

I went there with 2 girlfriends before a spurs game. We had a good meal and sat there for a good time conversing. Our drinks were kept filled by our friendly waiter and the manager came by and joined in our conversation for a bit. It was a nice experience and we will be back.

Waited 10 mins for biscuits. When they came in they we're raw in the middle. Was still charged for them. Had to ask to take them off and not once did the management come over to apologize.

My boyfriend & I went to the Cracker Barrel for lunch and it was busy but they got us to a table in no time. The food & service were amazing. I highly recommend this location.

I thought I had placed a heat and serve Easter meal online but when I went in at 8am this morning to pick up they did not have my order. After searching my phone to find my confirmation I came to the conclusion that I must have not hit save or proceed with order. I was going to let the manager know and head out on my way, but when I told him he said I have an extra meal give me 10 minutes to get it ready for you. He came through and even carried all the items to my car. Thank you to cracked barrel and this wonderful manager Scott Lorenzo who provided an excellent customer experience.

I've always visited during dinner time and would always order the same item. The Country Chef Salad which has some of everything I love in a salad. Service is always great, food always great. I had my first experience for breakfast, and again great service, great food.
Love the country store, reminds me of all the candy we had as kids...
