This is a real gem! The service was great! And the food was amazing! The filet on the benedict was so tender and the grits texture was perfect on the shrimp and grits!

Don’t let the outside fool you: this place has modern decor inside and a colorful patio outside in the back. The wait staff was friendly and attentive and offered wonderful suggestions. The Mac Pastor is the greatest take on Mac and cheese I’ve had anywhere, and all the food was prepared and plated so thoughtfully. Bring your friends, a date, or even your parents to impress them at this lovely place.

The dinner menu has solid and delicious choices. Their brunch menu is a solid array of comfort food done in a unique way. Cocktails are good at any hour.

We popped in for some late lunch on a Tuesday, it wasn't busy at all. The service was good and food came out fast. We ordered the Thai-flavored Brussel sprouts to start. They pack a ton of flavor, but not too crispy, just drowning in the Thai sauce. The fried onions were chewy and tasted a day or two too old. The pimento cheese could've been better. The toast didn't taste fresh at all, but still worth an order next time. We also got the Philly cheesesteak with fries. The sandwich is amazing and super savory. The fries could've been crispier, but they're paired with their house made ketchup which made it better. The ketchup was my favorite part of everything. Overall, the place is great. Lots of seating outdoors as well and beautiful art pieces available for purchase as well.

The cocktails at the bar are highly recommended. An older couple slid down so we could sit together. They were so gracious and beautiful and the hostess is sweet too. The Restaurant Week menu for brunch was different from the weekday. Maybe experimental? I hear the dinner and lunch menu are amazing. Drinks yeah perfect mimosas, definitely more champagne than orange juice. and some Signature cocktail - a ginger delicious thing. We think the male staff uniform should be the same black tank tops and Daisy Dukes shorts with the roll-up cuff. Be fair, the male staff aren't wearing bras either. The place is beautiful. Simple and feels spacious.

We've been wanting to try this place for a while and today was the day for Saturday brunch. It was in the Pearl area but on the other side, away from the clustered restaurants. Street parking was available and there were a few other restaurants on the same street. It looked like a home that was converted into a restaurant. Very nicely done and homey! We chose to sit inside since it was a hot day. I tried the drink Cello Bella which was strong. My husband had the Irish Sunrise, the color looked like mimosa. My husband started off with the Camerrone de Verde which looked very tasty. I had a piece of shrimp and it seemed like ceviche on tostada. I had the pork belly burger which came with potato salad. I misread and thought it was 2 pieces of pork belly but instead it was 2 burger patties with 1 pork belly in between. I was only able to eat half the sandwich. The potato salad was different with a vinaigrette instead of the mayo type. The gentleman at the next table said that this style was more German. I had never had it this way and it was delicious! My husband had the avocado and tomatoes on toast with side salad and he really enjoyed that. We ended with the beignets with the coffee caramel sauce. The sauce was awesome! Brought us to NOLA! I want to go back and try the chicken and waffles next time!

Parking wasnt bad when we went, but I could see it being hard during peak hours. Street parking for the most part. The floors in this place creak super bad. I don't know why, but this annoyed me. The hostess didnt have the best attitude, but our server was great. Food came out fresh, correct, and timely. Burgers are a little hard to eat, but delish. Mac n cheese was a little less traditional and I loved it.

This was a nice place and the staff was great. I'm grain free at the moment and the choice of food provided for me was perfect. Got the burger with no bun and a side of scrambled eggs and it was delicious. Definitely coming back when I visit San Antonio again!
