The 5 star Milano Italian Grill Stone Oak is the best place ti dine they have the best service great food and the best chefs & waiters
Service was great! We had a large party (17 people) and the girls were on POINT! The food was great! Hubbys response to everywhere we go has always been "it's ok" well not here! Lol his response was "it was well worth it" (he had the stuffed veal and wow it was HUGE)
Baked ziti was awesome as was the pizza my kids ordered! Everyone enjoyed their meal! We will definitely be back!
It was my birthday. They made me feel special. The food was delicious and our waiter Mehrdad was AMAZING!
Bar service average, waiting staff were very tentative to our large party of 20. The off the menu selections were fantastic, presented well, tasted great and very hot.
Milano salad and buttered garlic pasta were excellent. Chicken Marsala was good but sauce had a bit too much wine flavor. Server was attentive and courteous. Great lunch! Will visit for dinner next time.
Delicious! You have to try the Shrimp Milano! You will not regret it! Our server was very attentive and recommended we come in the evenings when there is live music.
Came here today, June 1st, and it was my first time here. The food was really good. I had the Baked Zitti with Chicken. I would have preferred it to have more garlic and sweet basil, but otherwise it was great. The other dishes we very good and well seasoned. Service was very good too.
One of the most enjoyable parts of dinner was the man playing his saxophone and singing. His name was Gil and he was awesome. We gave him a cash tip as did others when they were leaving. He deserves 10 stars. They also had interesting tables. The images were somewhat celestial and you could see things you would not expect. We will definitely come back.
Always outstanding. Top quality food, service and atmosphere for a neighborhood establishment. The specials are really something to talk about. Our favorite menu items are always good too. House wines are a step above.
Nov. 2022: Impromptu dinner order from @milanoitaliangrill Stone Oak.
At first when I saw the bill, it seemed pricey but when I got home with the food, I realized the dishes were good for 2 and were generous.
We got the Lasagna which Dad and I shared. Dad likes Artichoke and Spinach Dip. Probably better hot. My husband had the White Linguine Clams which were decent. Also ordered the Penne Pasta.
We had Line 39 Pinot Noir with dinner. It was from HEB. Pretty good for the price! Persimmon for dessert courtesy of my cousin Shirley in California. The fruits are from her backyard!
Overall, pretty good. If you're in the Stone Oak area, come check it out!
2020: My husband and I have been to the Wurbach location a while back and enjoyed dinner there. Yesterday, a group of neighbors were meeting up for happy hour so I joined.
Happy hour specials for both drinks and food are very reasonable and good to see the variety of the food offered. Several of us got the wine - some got white while some chose red. I chose the pinot noir and it was good. I also got the eggplant parmesan and added a side of angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. One of my neighbors got the shrimp milano, which looked delicious. Another neighbor got the ravioli with different fillings. Everyone enjoyed the food, drinks, and company! I'm definitely coming back to try their other food items like the scallops.
Talal, the owner, came by our table and seemed quite reserved. Dennis was mainly our server. He was quite efficient to take all of our orders and serve us our food and drinks. The only downside is that Dennis was alone to tend the bar and take care of the high top tables, including ours. This caused some delay for us to get our bill and pay. Perhaps they just happened to be short-handed.
We had a company meeting for lunch and had never been here before, then came back for dinner later in the evening because it was so great! Mehrdad was our waiter both times and made it an incredible experience. He was very knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive all day. Can’t wait to come back!
The wait time was short and we were able to get a cozy table. The bread with garlic oil was yummy. The service from Mr.
Younes was great as well. The food was five stars. Pretty dishes. I ordered the chicken cannelloni, which is like an Italian enchilada and it was the bomb! So melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Their sugarosa sauce is a red/white cheese sauce and I highly recommend it. Spouse got the chicken parm. This was a fancy night out for us!
Great food, great service! We were playing a tennis tournament in town and weren't dress appropriately but they didn't bat a lash. Treated us like everyone else! The food was exceptional and my drink was never empty even tho they were busy! Love it here!
