The one thing I disliked was standing in line on a very busy night having to wait to order. If you want to add on to an order you have to stand in line again. Food was good. I’m not crazy about their red sauce or meatballs flavor but others are. It was packed. There was lots of available seating out where they have a sandbox but in the middle of June it’s way to hot to sit outside. $9.99 for meatballs and spaghetti. Price is right on. They have a huge oven that cooks the pizzas.

Thankful to have had @mamahofmann64 serve us. I had the house red blend, my husband had the hefeweizen beer and Dad had the pink lemonade. We kicked off with the artichoke spinach dip and roasted garlic. Dad and I shared the penne pesto and had side salads. My husband had the spaghetti with meatballs and slices of sausage pesto.
We brought enough food for another meal. Such great value! There's plenty of outdoor seating!
The food is excellent. They even offer a gluten free menu. The staff is very polite and courteous. Waiting time for the food seem reasonable and it's a great place to sit and talk or for date night. They have an outside area also for smokers.
We loved this restaurant! This was our first time visiting. The staff was amazing. The food was delicious; It tasted fresh and homemade. 🙌🏽 The 3pm happy hour with select half priced apps is a bonus. We sat on the patio which had plenty of seating. We will definitely become regulars here!

Amazing pizza, amazing folks, amazing experience, from the moment i walked in until i left, i was made to feel right at home. They serve a hand tossed pizza but the waitress asked the kitchen crew if they could help my thin crust desires and they crushed it. Crystal, my waitress, is moving non stop making sures everyones needs are being meet. The best lunch i have had in San Antonio so far. Cant wait to come back!!..update Italian wedding soup, amazing and the fettuccini alfredo is on point
First time eating at this restaurant, good food, service was kinda slow. My favorite was spinach with chicken from the appetizer section, would go back just for that dish.
This was the second time I’ve been here. My friend and I are major foodies. We love to try new food. To step out of our comfort zone a bit. This pasta was absolutely delicious. The chicken was very tender and the flavors were amazing. The bread was freshly baked. And I can’t turn down fresh bread. I will be definitely be making it as a date night for my husband and I. Great food!

Wife and I saw that this place had gluten free pasta and pizza so we decided to give it a try. We arrived on a Friday evening and it was super packed! Which is a good thing (for the business, not for the wait lol). We ordered to go. Portion, honestly, was a little small on both orders, for $30. We’ve gotten double the portion at other places for less than $30. Flavor was really good though. I’d totally recommend this place. We did not try the pizza so can’t comment on that. Also, we were wondering if the portion was bigger if you wait and eat there.....? (shouldn’t be but idk).
I frequent Purple Garlic but never get a chance to take a photo because I usually finish my food so quickly! Ordered the Pasta Formaggi & did not disappoint. Favorite dish here, definitely need to try!

The chicken Parmesan and spaghetti Alfredo was so delicious! The serving was so big this is what was left over. So now I have lunch for tomorrow. They also have Hot loaves of bread that are really good! I definitely recommend this Italian restaurant. Dine in or carry out. Very good and the prices are very reasonable!
On the outside it doesn't really speak Italian to you but once inside, the smells, Oooh yummm...had the chicken parmesan and wow! Crispy and juicy chicken cutlet with lots of cheese, their homemade sauce 😋 and their fresh pasta even betta 👌 Great and friendly service. Can't wait to return and try their pizza
The food here is so delicious. All the workers are super friendly. Nice clean place and I have to say they sell some really good cakes.
This place was fantastic!! The roasted garlic was the best thing I’ve eaten in a while. The waiter was so friendly- telling stories and intently listening to our questions. This place is a garlic lovers dream
We drove by thinking “ahh this is just another low quality pizza restaurant.” Wow we were wrong, not only is the food quality amazing but the customer service is excellent too. There’s an at home feeling to the restaurant, nice and small but still room when it gets busy. We visited on a Tuesday evening and it was busy, we received our food 15 minutes after ordering. We are definitely coming back!!
The margarita pizza was the bomb. Cheesy garlic bread was great and we asked for a side of olive oil to dip the bread. AWESOME. I loved the smell of garlic as you walk in to this cozy family friendly place. Our waiter was super sweet and informative on the menu items. The menu has something for everyone from pizza to pasta, salad, chicken and eggplant parm. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
