Had to try this place out on their last day open. From what I understand, there is an issue with the building/lease. Hopefully they open up again elsewhere. Not a bad brunch spot. May be a little over priced with unspectacular flavors on the dishes, but the atmosphere was lively. Everyone seemed to
Great atmosphere and a courteous staff make the delicious food even more enjoyable. The naughty holiday decorations were delightful conversation starters and hilarious. I recommend the Bloody Mary for brunch or even the Mimosas which are both very well done. It's a must try if you find yourself in S
I had the duck plate, it's not listed on the menu but was one of the specials for the day. My cocktail was a prickly pear margarita, pleasantly surprised with how it wasn't overly sweet. Went around 5pm on a Saturday and it was not busy, I received wonderful service from the server and the rest of
This was my first time. It’s a straight forward NOT pretentious and delicious French menu with amazing attentive and friendly staff. The place is small and quaint and super friendly yet has white cotton tablecloth tables. The dishes and wine are completely affordable and delicious and perfectly exec
Looks can be misleading. From the outside, the building looks rough, but inside is cozy and elegant. Small place with outdoor seating and a bar. Our waitress was super polite and helpful. The food is classic of French cuisine and so the prices are on the expensive side at an average of $21 for en
Some of the best customer service I’ve had at any restaurant! The staff went out of their way to help us. Another bonus, the food is excellent.
We went for brunch on a Saturday and sat outside. The Lamb Cigar and the Lobster Risotto were incredible. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the brunch menu.
For appetizers we got the lamb Cigar which was fantastic, the octopus carrpaccio was solid kind of like a fun play on ceviche... We enjoyed the Mark Twain and the gin rose drink as well... The main meals we opted for duck confit and duck a'la orange. My girlfriend wasn't aware the orange sauce would
Worth the trip! You'll need to get a reservation as the place is extremely small. We, 5 girls brunch, went with none on a Sunday but they have outside seating. Ruben, "Pappasito", was very attentive courteous and patient with us. He seemed to run the whole place by himself with the assistant of one
This artsy, eclectic restaurant is a SouthTown stalwart. The food is savory, service is supreme and décor is classic chic. If you’ve never been, dress yourself up and book a table.
This place was fantastic. Staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I took my boyfriend here for a special occasion and one of the people - Reuben - took our reservation and made sure that what he planned to order was going to be fresh and available. This was special because apparently it wasn't t
Great for brunch on Sunday. Unique menu and very good drinks. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Small restaurant with some outdoor seating. It can get crowded when a large group has a reservation. Good place for foodies. We enjoyed our meal and service!
Super staff. Fun drinks. For apps, ad the Lamb Cigar. Awesome presentation. Very tasty. For dinner, pork butt was a large portion of food. Great mushroom sauce. Also had the redfish, which was smaller but very tasty. Not really a kids place, but we brought our 5 year old daughter and the staff made
Best cocktails ever!! I had a Moscow Mule - best i have ever had. My friends had 3 kinds of Manhattens - delicious. The food is some of the best in San Antonio. The steak tartar was the best I have ever eaten. The octopus carpaccio and the escargot were amazing. The cream of asparagus soup was so ta
Went for brunch. Make sure to make a reservation. Had a bloody mary for starters. It was basically an appetizer. The croque madame was legit and very filling. The sides were amazing. Everything was very tasty. The atmosphere is upscale but the price point is not. Come here, have a good time.
Heather was our sever tonight and was absolutely phenomenal! She handled the restaurant on her own exceptional and was extremely professional the whole time! I will definitely be dinning in this location again! Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE!
Great chic and fancy place to spend brunch time with great company. The staff are extremely helpful and the food is delicious. We were there for 2 hours and pretty much tried a lot of the menu options. This is a must visit place for brunch.
Great service, good conversation with the waiters. Bar tender fulfilled my off the menu request and made an amazing gold rush for me. For dinner we ordered the octopus carpaccio, Italian seafood stew and duck confit - all amazing!!!
