I had been wanting to try this place out so I went for dessert with my boyfriend and it was great! It's a very intimate place and it's a fun way to eat which makes it great for dates. Had the Turtle chocolate fondue and added a plate of Tasty Temptations. Our server was Christopher, he was very helpful and nice. Would love to go back for the full meal!:)
My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary, it was our first experience being at the melting pot, but not only did they acknowledge our special day with an adorable signed card, they had our booth more private and intimate. Our waiter was nothing but delightful he was well knowledged of everything and his recommendations on everything was spot on! We will definitely be back and thank you all for making our first time and special day perfect! Plus I recommend the fiery pineapple margarita, so good!

Went here this week to celebrate my birthday. It was so cute that they started the dinner with a birthday card and great service! I love that you can make an advanced reservation, made it really easy and stress-free. Our server was Evan, he did such a great job with answering our questions, hosting us, and engaging the group. The food selections were great and we enjoyed every bit of our evening!
Our experience with them was enjoyable, learning, and interesting. Our server learned that we are deaf and yet did an AMAZING job. They made us feel comfortable and be able to enjoy ourselves. We ordered The Complete Fondue Experience for Two (4 courses). Food and drink were good. The 3rd course was the best because of high-quality and protein. The rest were ok like ordinary. The cheese and chocolate fondues were really yummy, recommended. Inside was neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and polite.
Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. They did not disappoint. Both our first time at a fondue restaurant, so we went with the 4 course "bigger night out" with cheese, coq au vin and chocolate fondue for cooking. Since it's Texas, this location does offer a alternate grill option we didn't try. Everything was delicious and our server Joey was patient, helpful and friendly with a couple of first timers. Most importantly they made my wife feel special on her special day. Would definitely recommend.
Went here for a honeymoon dinner and was not let down! Service, food and ambiance were all top notch! Get the "Perfect Night" if you want to have a private booth and some fantastic food options!
Went for the first time with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was amazing. our server i wish i remembered her name was absolutely one of the best i have ever encountered. food was awesome service was awesome and atmosphere was great. a little pricey but worth it with how much food you get and the amazing service we got. definitely will return.
The steaks were surprisingly tender and good! Loved the variety of sauces they provided to accompany the proteins. California salad was delicious paired with the steak lovers. Pricey place, but well worth going when celebrating a special occasion.
I didn’t know what to expect as tho was my first visit. But our server was great and she guides us through each course!! One thing I didn’t realize was that we were going to cook our own entree!! We had shrimp, chicken, beef, pork and lobster tail!! Pretty fun experience. It can get a bit pricey based on what you order but it’s worth the experience. Great birthday dinner And the dessert was sooo good! I’ll be back!
It's my favorite place to go, especially for my birthday! The food is amazing and they have great drinks, too! The Yin & Yang Martini is my go to cocktail! Coq Au Vin cooking style and Flaming Turtle Chocolate Fondue are my favorites!!!

We dined at your establishment earlier this week and had an absolutely exceptional meal. I highly recommend indulging in the full fondue experience; it is unquestionably worth it, especially when you have an outstanding server like Sonya. She truly elevated the experience to a 5-star level. Every single course we tried was exquisite.
This restaurant provides an ideal setting to savor both delicious food and each other’s company. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary plate with a strawberry bearing the message 'Congratulations ___ & ___,' and it even featured strawberries that our attentive server skillfully carved into heart shapes. Such meticulous attention to detail created an exceptionally personal and memorable experience.
What truly set our experience apart was the personalized touch. Sonya began by addressing us by our last names and even took the time to inquire about our first names. Making us feel like old friends catching up. The level of service and attentiveness rivaled that of our favorite fine dining establishments here in San Antonio. Truly incredible!
