The food was outstanding, perfectly portioned, still hot and overall perfect. The baby back ribs are amazing and fall right off the bone. The place wasn't filled and they even turned the music down for us without a request. Our waitress, Crystal, was really sweet and got our order perfect. Definitel
Went in to have dinner with my uncle, we waited about 20 mins it was crowded for a Wednesday night. Our server was very attentive and courteous. I had the ribeye with side salad and a loaded masked potato.
Our server checked on us thru our meal.

Our server Crystal took good care of my family as it was my daughter's birthday. The restaurant was clean and all the staff was friendly.
Ordered my steak medium rare and it came out delicious. Also ordered some stuffed mushrooms that were pretty darn good.

I highly recommend you try the Longhorn Steak House near Alamo Ranch. Great food, great service, great atmosphere! We had the Flo steak with lobster, the full rack of baby back ribs, and the Nolan Ryan 20 oz. Ribeye. Everything was delicious!
