Always so happy to find a new ,(to me) restaurant that I can't wait to visit again. SILO is that restaurant. Loved the food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend.

The food is amazing I had the prosciutto wrapped halibut and the lobster ravioli. They were delicious. I can not recommend trying these dishes enough. The service was impeccable the atmosphere is beautiful with an amazing view. It's intimate yet open the natural light really compliments the layout.

I recommend this restaurant highly for the best oysters in SA. Atmosphere is good but I think it deserves a little more refined environment for how good the food and service are. My table was by the window and it looks out into a parking lot. This can’t be helped but it’s just something to consider when getting a window seat. Service was stellar. Attentive but not pushy. Friendly and informative. The food is delectable. Perfect cuts, good flavor profiles, servings are well proportioned and it leaves nothing to be desired. Each plate was eaten until clean. I spent about 2 hours there, bill was $230, plus $50 tip. We ordered ahi tuna appetizer, salads, 2 drinks each, half a dozen oysters, then an entree each and finished it off with dessert.

SILO did not disappoint! Michelle was fantastic with her knowledge of the menu and her suggestions. She tolerated our demented sense of humor and even helped us celebrate our special occasion with absolute sincerity! I had the lobster bisque, and I give the chef 2 thumbs up from a New Englander! We tried the chicken fried oysters, they are a must!! I had the miso Salmon, what a great flavor combo, and he had the grilled redfish which was delicious as well! The wines paired well with my meal, couldn't ask for a better experience!

We came here for our wedding anniversary and were so impressed. Our waitress started us with a champagne toast for our special occasion which was a very nice touch. We got the chefs choice of oysters, oyster Rockefeller (best one we have ever had), tuna, the surf and turf, and a few salads. All was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. We ended with the chocolate tart which was devine. Great cocktail list! I wish there were just a few more wine by the glass options though, my husband prefers cocktails and I don't want to order a whole bottle for myself. Options were a bit limited but they had a lovely Spanish white available that worked!

Silo made our Anniversary dinner memorable and delicious. Our server Nicole was Amazing very attentive she anticipated our every need. The food was exquisitely divine. We tried 3 different types of oysters, the Lobster roll and Prime Ribeye. Their Rye Manhattan was very enticing. The Dulce de Leche dessert was delightful.

Have a special occasion? Come to this establishment. Rough day at work? Come to this establishment. Day ends in a “Y?” Come to this establishment. Wow! Got there early for our reservation and they accommodated us no problem. Cocktails were amazingly made with loads of flavor! With all of the oyster options I couldn’t pick so I allowed the chef to pick and wow was it delicious. Husband had the oysters Rockefeller and the topping was insane! I went with the lobster ravioli and the filling was mostly lobster and I had two beautifully cooked pieces of lobster on top. The sauce was light and balanced well with the ravioli. Husband had the shrimp and grits and the shrimp were beautifully cooked and made his southern heart happy. We split some Parmesan fries and while they were a tad soggy, the flavor was amazing. We got a complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary and we both ordered dessert. While the key lime pie was tasty, the coconut pie is INTENSE! I loved the shortbread crust topped with chocolate. It just went with the coconut flavor so well! Ask to sit in Keith’s section! He was the perfect guide to our evening! He knew the menu well, was able to recommend a delicious wine to go with my dinner, and he seemed to know when we needed him. We never had to flag him down. He was personable without being over the top. All in all this was the perfect evening to celebrate our 16th anniversary. My only regret was being too full to do it all again.

Fantastic ambience and service. Our reservation at 5:45 & the place was getting busy due to prom night is in session. Raw oyster service that boasted more than 8 different kinds to choose from. Beat and mixed green salad were nicely presented and are very tasty. Ahi tuna was scrumptious and the daily special flounder on a bed of lobster risotto was cooked perfectly. However, I do not think the flounder served was actually flounder?the manager told me that it was red snapper but then on our bill it’s clearly stated “Flounder”. That may be a minor detail deficiency, but for a restaurant of this caliber, this should not have happened. That’s why I could not give this place a five star. See the picture and tell me what you think?

First time trying this restaurant and it disappoint. We ordered chicken fried oysters, shishito peppers, beef tenderloin, and shrimp and grits with potatoes au gratin. Do not skip the dessert. 10 outta 10. The seasonal mule was delightful. And the service was top notch.

We went on a weekend with reservations. We were seated early. The place was nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and worth the price. We ordered a couple of rounds of oysters and it well worth it. The highlight for us was the clearly the oysters, but the fried oyster appetizer also shined through and the truffle Mac n cheese was nice and creamy. We were passing through town and would def make another stop here if we pass through SA again. We would also recommend this restaurant to others. Worth it!
