Honestly I am surprised that I haven't reviewed this place as I've been coming to this location for a long time! I love that one of their main attractions is their freshly made tortillas! Go ahead and get as many as you like and don't forget to add some butter and salt! All the chicken meals are personally what I crave but the brisket tacos are pretty decent as well. Oh and I would recommend ordering their refried beans instead of the boracho beans as they are WAY better and....you can make bean tacos and enjoy even more tortillas!

I stopped by here after my husband's neurology appointment after my friend told me about this place. It was our first time there and we honestly went for the homemade tortillas and they offer you use butter. We are from the south where tortillas and butter compliment each other like peanut butter and jelly. LOL. They also offer you chips and salsa. I recorded a lady making fresh homemade tortillas; nice and warm. Dozen will run you $3.48 and worth it. I had the Fajita trio plate that came with beef fajita, chicken fajita, and big 🍤 all sizzlin on a hot steaming iron cast. 👃off tha chart. yummmm yummm.

I've always heard good things about Alamo Cafe, but only visited recently, and I totally get the hype. Puffy tacos and brisket tacos are excellent. The fresh, warm tortillas and tortilla chips are amazing. The fries were good but the rice was just okay. Next time I want to take someone for really good texmex, I'll bring them here. The server was very attentive and the food came out quickly. I appreciate being able to pay with the little portable kiosk at the table. We went on a Saturday for lunch and there was no wait for two people. We'll definitely return!

Definitely the best QUESO! Pure comfort food!! Overall nice service and friendly staff. They are always making sure you are good with your food and drinks. For the amount of people in the restaurant, Alamo Cafe did a solid job making sure the bathrooms and dining area was clean. No issues and we will be dining with Alamo Cafe again.

We came in at 3pm on a weekday so didn’t have any issues with timing of food. Jalapeño poppers were slamming!

Solid old school Tex Mex joint with a wide variety of selections. They can seat large groups easily. Food is priced right for the quality and quantity served. Friendly courteous staff all around. Yes, I will in fact have another plate of enchiladas! The #01 Dinner is a safe bet when you can't decide.

Good food and great service. We had the beef fajitas ponchos. Some of their famous tortillas. A side of queso and a ice cold beer. Kelly was our waitress and she made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Thank you Kelly.

Oh my!! Where have you been all my life. Everything was amazing. Queso is best hands down. Street taco quesadillas and brisket quesadillas are so yum. You’ll love them. And the tortillas. Wow. Delicious. Poblano soup, however, it sucked. Try the tortilla soup.
