Tiago's Cabo Grille

We tried out this place for the first time and the service and food are exceptional! Everything was fresh and delicious...Right down to the complimentary (for 1st time guests) chocolate cake and cinnamon ice cream...Just wow! We're not even dessert people, but we are now! And the margarita was so yummy. And our waitress the best and was so enthusiastic to tell us all about the place and the menu. She loves her job, which is refreshing! This is our new favorite place!

This is a go-to for me during the work week. The chips and salsa are some of the best in town! The atmosphere is good, and the servers are attentive. There is a good variety of offerings on the lunch menu. The food arrived at our table in a timely manner and was delicious. Great place to lunch with a friend!

Food was good but definitely tasted different from a lot of authentic birria tacos I’ve had. Refried beans were dry and the rice was meh. I got the quesabirria tacos and overall I’d rate it a 3.8/5. The consommé was a bit salty and the birria taco plate usually comes with sides of finely chopped cilantro, onions, and thinly sliced radishes. This plate had little to none of it which I was really looking forward to. It did come with lime slices. Service was great. Atmosphere was nice.

I don't know where to begin. Service (from Kylie) was spot on; friendly, attentive, and good at her job! Next the salsa is a bit of a kick but very flavorful. Chips nice and salty too. The fried shrimp delivered wonderfully with the Jalepeno tartar sauce. All 3 other meals were good too minus the shredded chicken taco could've used a little more flavor. Other than that a great meal!

Update 07/24/2023 Came here for my birthday, and this visit was totally a different experience, the food is still amazing as always but the service was exceptional. Logan did an amazing job, he was training one of the new guys and even his trainee was doing great as well. We got our drinks, food and dessert in a very professional timely manner. They kept checking up on us to make sure everything is going good. I’ve been a regular here and this is the first time to be impressed by the service. I want to thank them for the great experience. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We got there and it was packed. Service was a little bit slow because apparently they didn't have enough servers to accommodate half of the planet who was dining there. The food was as always spot on and our server "Kylie" did an amazing job to give us another pleasant experience at Tiago's. The Mexican hot chocolate cake was the seal of the deal thing, y'all should give it a try and thumbs up this review because I know y'all gonna simply love it. Don't forget to tip your server and that would be better if you tip in cash.
