What an amazing Christmas dinner with wonderful friends! Summer was the manager and she did a great job checking on us and making sure that we got out on time for our Christmas concert. Desiree was our waitress and kept our drinks full, food coming, and did it all with a beautiful smile as she gave us excellent customer service! We will definitely be back!!

I’ll be honest, I’d never been to this restaurant before and thinking I didn’t want another Mexican restaurant. Hubby told me it was different so I gave it a try.
We started off with the snapper ceviche which had fish, shrimp and octopus with lime juice and seasoning served in a martini glass. Phenomenal!!! We could have eaten another order but with the cost of about $16.00, we passed on the idea.
We shared the combo plate of beef fajitas, quail and shrimp brochettes. Wow, just wow……! Just know you will pay for it at the price around $40.00 but worth it if you don’t come here often. That beef may have been the most tender beef I’d ever eaten. Did not expect that whatsoever. That quail? It was honey glazed and deliciously tender. Again, shocked at how good it was. Lastly, the shrimp brochettes were tasty. The plate came with guacamole, pico and a small dish of garlic sauce along with homemade tortillas.
The other plate was the Redfish on a half shell, $36.00. Another phenomenal dish! The redfish was topped with shrimp, charred avocado and some sauce. The redfish was tender, juicy and meaty. Fresh, fresh and delicious! A keeper, for sure.
Lastly, we finished the meal off with their tres leches dessert, $9.00. For me, it was way too sweet. They had charred their homemade whipped cream on top but both the whipped cream and cake were achingly sweet. I wouldn’t order this again. The only thing we didn’t enjoy but maybe others like super sweet desserts.
With 2 drinks, an app, two meals and a dessert, the total was around $150.00 not including a generous tip. Yes, very expensive for a night out at a non-fancy restaurant with lots of noise and huge crowds, but we’ll come back for the food on rare occasions. Too expensive for regular frequency.

My FAVORITE MEXICAN RESTAURANT in town!!!
The atmosphere is great!! It can get a little bit crowded and loud to the point you’re shouting to the person across your table because it’s just soo loud. The drinks!! Ohhh my goodness gracious. Gotta be careful because they are big and delicious. You kinda forget that you’re drinking alcohol. And the chips and salsa!! Sooo good. The chips are light and warm when they arrive to your table.
Came here during the Hatch Green Chile season and their dishes were soo good. Was definitely hard to choose. Overall, will be coming back. This place is a must!

Dined in last Saturday evening and it was great. We were seated at table 11 and our waitress was Rhiannon M. She was awesome. Excellent service!!! Our order was perfect and she was very friendly and attentive. We also saw her interaction with the table next to us and she was so sweet and likeable. She deserves some kind of recognition. We will be dining there again soon and hopefully she will be our server.

This place was amazing. The service here was impeccable, and the food was delicious with ridiculously huge portions. I ordered the shrimp brochette meal, and when the server was bringing it to me, they apparently dropped a shrimp. I wouldn't have even noticed this if they hadn't told me, but the server immediately apologized. A few minutes later, the manager came over to apologize and gave me a whole new order of shrimp brochette (in addition to the remaining shrimp I already had) AND gave our table a free dessert.

Meal was on point as always. Drinks were made beautifully. Service unfortunately was lacking. Waiter Steven was so inamored by my friend that he ignored me on several trips to our table. Had to ask for straws, more chips, things that should have come out with our meal, but despite this, we enjoyed our experience.

My husband and I always come here when we drive in from Corpus Christi. We decided to eat dinner here this evening 11/3/2023 and had the best experience ever. Our waiter was Matthew G and he was very attentive and constantly checking on us. We definitely will not forget his name and how well we were treated.

We were staying close by the restaurant but we were hesitant to try it because we thought it may be a tourist trap. But we decided to try it because it was late and nothing else was open. Oh! We were so so happy with the food! We regretted to going sooner but we learned our lesson. The meat quality was very good and the cheese was to die for! Can’t wait to go back!

We met some friends here for lunch yesterday and we were not disappointed. The service was great, with a nice atmosphere and a nice bar. The tables are spread out pretty well, so you aren't on top of other people.
We ordered from the lunch menu, which appears to be a bit pricey, but for the amount of food you're getting, it's a great deal. Seriously, you'll end up with a big platter of whatever you order.
The food was nicely seasoned and presented very well, and the wait staff were very attentive.
If you're around that I-10 area of North West San Antonio, it's worth the stop.
I'll be back for sure.
