Madhatters Tea House And Cafe - San Antonio - Photo album

Very unique place to grab breakfast and tea. It's not fancy and you would be fine going in with sandals. The breakfast was very good. I ordered to breakfast tacos and my wife got the English muffin french toast and both were delicious. The shop had a wide assortment of black, green, red, and white t
I was really looking forward to coming to this restaurant on my trip and wasn't disappointed in any way! The tea was amazing and the hummus sandwich was better than I expected! I will definitely be back again before I leave! The man working the front needs keudo's! I'm sorry I didn't catch his name
Really cute place, with multiple little attached buildings. They have a good selection of teas, but regrettably not my favorite. Their sandwiches are pretty good, and the service was helpful, although it's a weird mix of self serve for a teahouse. The scones and petit fours need work. Very colorful
The mimosas were good and our party that went liked them! We got the pitcher for $15 and it easily had 2 servings each for a party of 4. Was a little underwhelmed by the breakfast that we ordered though. Had pretty high standards walking in though so it's not like it was terrible. It was still prett
Wow! This place is awesome. Nothing fancy but lots of original character. Came here for a Sunday brunch with the fam and we all enjoyed our dishes. Service was very friendly and fast. The waffles were the star dish that day with my daughter. Warm, with fresh strawberries, banana and what seems like
Very cool and interesting atmosphere. I love the freedom of the place. You can sit anywhere, with many rooms to choose from, get your own drinks aside from the tea, and then place your order. Cute little sandwiches with the "party" orders. For something more substantial I suggest ordering an ind
First time here and it was FANTASTIC !!! Great ambiance. Awesome menu. Desserts were very delicious !!
Really great service and food! Very original local eats, perfect for a quick laid back stop. Also has a fun selection of desserts, tea types, sandwiches and salads. Their couscous, and pesto pasta salad were yummy! Family and adult friendly. Reasonable prices. Loved It!
Love it here. Visited for my sister's birthday and absolutely loved it that I couldn't stop thinking about visiting again. Went this Good Friday and enjoyed tea and sandwiches with my baby girl. Tea time 😊 oh and the King William club is delish....
First time here and the place is cozy and great food. You pay in advance and the food arrived within 20 min or less. Love the tea list and it arrives in a hot tea pot, very cute. Will come again!
Absolutely delicious. Such a cute little place, and the waffles and bacon are so tasty! Definitely will be coming back!
Another charming find in south San Antonio. We happened upon MadHatters while roaming through the lovely neighborhood near the Blue Star Art Center. MadHatters has a young, eclectic atmosphere with delicious food. Our Sunday brunch included Roasted Artichoke Eggs Benedict, Salmon Eggs Benedict, and
My mother and I went here for breakfast on Mother's Day and arrived exactly at opening. They weren't highly busy until about 30 minutes after opening but we had already ordered and we're only waiting on our food for about 10 minutes before it came out. In the meantime we had our tea to sip on which
I felt like Alice.... Alice follows the rabbit because she is 'burning with curiosity.' Soon she finds things becoming 'curiouser and curiouser.'"
Cool place. Great staff. Good tea selection. Cakes and pie, oh my.
