Esquire Tavern - San Antonio - Photo album

Great ambiance and atmosphere. Historic bar/restaurant in downtown San Antonio. If you are visiting San Antonio it is certainly a place to check out. I don't really drink much but the drinks on the menu looked interesting. I just got a local beer which was nice. THe food seemed to be just OK from th
The Esquire Tavern, touted as the oldest tavern in San Antonio, did not disappoint these travelers from NC. The tranquil setting, historical attributes, and plentiful libations provided a memorable evening on the San Antonio river walk. The dim lighting, unmistakable charm, and inviting ambience bes
This is a little gem of a saloon that we happened upon. Had a fabulous Bison burger and great beer. It's really dark inside, but just adds to the ambiance. I'd highly recommend stopping by. 🤠

This place had a cool vibe. The food menu didnt appeal to us so we just had drinks and sat outside on the upper balcony. The drinks were good but pricey. Nice view
We stopped by to have a couple of drinks. The place has very low lights which makes it feel very romantic. The drinks are somehow small but they're strong so not a big deal, also they have some signature cocktails which contain very interesting flavors. They also have mocktails (non-alcoholic cockta
