Silo Elevated Cuisine - 1604

This restaurant is truly a 5 star restaurant! We had a large party and some of us arrived a little late.. Our food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was amazing! Shirley and Jaime your customer service was exceptional!!! Sarah your professionalism and attention to detail as the Event Coordinator was outstanding! Thank you all again Silo family!

I recently went for my birthday the weekend of April 22 2023. The host Chris was absolutely phenomenal! My friends were running more than 30 minutes late as I sat there eating food alone and crying. The waiter Chris makes me believe in angels. If it wasn’t for him my birthday dinner would have probably been completely ruined. The atmosphere was beautiful and all the host and hostess were absolutely amazing. I had the beef tenderloin with garlic mash, shout-out to the chef ! I cannot wait to return. Great job guys , you all are an amazing team ! Thank you especially to Chris who has the most amazing heart I’m forever grateful to God for you !

The customer service was just as elevated as the cuisine. From the moment we arrived we treated like valued customers. Big shoutout to our waitress Kayleigh ( sorry if I spelled your nane wrong) . She was very attentive and gave great recommendations. She was also very friendly. We cant wait to come back!

Hadn't been to Silo in 10 years so we made date night plans to visit. Overall enjoyable meal, atmosphere, and service. Burnt Old Fashioned would have been elevated with a large cube rather than a glass of ice maker ice. I subbed the Dickel rye for their house 4 roses bourbon. It was tasty. Duck egg rolls were good and the sauce was a nice burst of flavor. The salmon was delicious and liked the way it was cooked with a little crust on the sides. The Chicken fried oysters entree was good. Felt like it could have a stronger punch of flavor since it's their signature dish. Has lots of texture with the pasta, spinach and the fried oysters; however, would have liked a little bolder flavor. We'll make sure to not wait another decade before we return.

I went for Valentine’s Day with some girlfriends and enjoyed myself. Joel was a great server, he even helped me to locate my friend who was having trouble locating the restaurant. The wine list is extensive and they have a full bar with a feature house cocktail. Thank you for great service and a wonderful evening! For the Restaurant Manager: I would recommend providing less seafood options (if possible) when there is a fixed menu since shellfish is a very common allergy. Although the restaurant is known for its oyster bar, it’s still possible to provide a balanced menu for everyone to enjoy. I would also recommend training the servers on what is in the food they deliver to a table; especially when the menu is limited. Although it is on the menu, the server removes it after taking orders and what looks like mashed potatoes is actually parmesan risotto.

Awesome food (brunch menu) amazing atmosphere, and great service from Chris J. The manager, Chris, honored a misprinted old price on the menu. He adjusted our bill and then some. Great restaurant and amazing food. This will be one of our go-to restaurants on Sunday. This place made my Bday celebration whole.

Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! OMG what a great dinner. Chef John at Silo on 1604. The food is simply amazing. The staff is phenomenal. His attention to detail made this such a memorable meal. Such an amazing talented Chef. The appetizer plate of the sampler, divine, those spring rolls, and ceviche so yummy. The salads so fresh, crisp, and flavorful. The steak and scallops were divine. Every course was so impressive. So glad to spend some family time in this amazing restaurant. Such a beautiful atmosphere. Thank you. Chef John. Our palate will never be the same, you really spoiled us. My son loved the salad and he never eats salad. He tried shrimp and grits and he has found his love for grits. The desserts are just clouds of heaven. Thank you Silo 1604!
