A big thank you to Sean! An amazing host who had great suggestions, was attentive, and just made our entire visit pleasant. My husband took me to this location for dinner on a Saturday night. Valet was backed up and the parking lot was small. We had a reservation for 8pm, got there right on time, and was seated about 5/6minutes later. We had the special of the night which was waygu steak with lobster tail. I’ve never had a good lobster tail before this night. Finally a lobster tail that didn’t taste rubbery and flavorless. Everything was so delicious. We’ve been to other Eddie V’s locations and the food is always amazing but this was another level. Everything was so so good. It was definitely busy so I recommend making reservations prior to arriving. The parking lot is pretty busy so I’d say give some grace time to find parking as well.

10 out of 10 experience! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed everything he recommended to us. Scallops were so delicious along with the lobster bisque, crab cake & brussel sprouts. Since it was our first visit, our waiter brought out a small, complimentary banana fosters cake that was absolutely perfect! It's definitely a seafood lovers oasis!

We celebrated my in laws anniversary..couldn't ask for a classier atmosphere. From the drinks to the bread. Each bite was delightful than the next. By far the best crab cakes in town. When the dishes challenge the pallette, I do not fret. The lamb chops were prime and tender... although the chimichurri asked for more... I asked for a smoked old fashion with the house Rye and was introduced to an adventure. Trust the process.

Eddie V's San Antonio knocked it out of the park for our anniversary dinner! They alway make you feel like a rockstar! The intentional detail that creates a memorable and romantic experience on a special day! The table was decked out with a rose, a card and confetti! Best place for anniversary and birthdays! We had the chef specials! They were delicious and cooked perfectly! I had sea bass hubby had steak! Of course I had a Pomegranate Mule! We had all the courses, Point Judith Calimari for appetizer and dessert was the awesome Bananas fosters with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate and Berries and cream! I don't usually eat desserts, but try to eat a little on special occasions! Okay ladies and gents, it time to step it up with Eddie V's for special occasions! We used to go to the steak house, starting with a "P"! But no more, Eddie V's knows how to help you celebrate like a star! I 💯%, no make the 1000% suggest Eddie V's for your special occasions! It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The restaurant boasts a sophisticated ambiance with its tastefully dimmed lighting, setting the perfect mood. From the moment we walked in, the friendly and professional staff, led by our waitress Rae, made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Rae's extensive knowledge of the menu and the restaurant itself was impressive, and she effortlessly guided us through our dining choices. We each ordered the 24 karat martini, and it did not disappoint. This strong and delicious cocktail set the tone. For the appetizers, we ordered their crab cake. It was an absolute delight, packed with generous portions of succulent crab meat. The flavors were well-balanced, and the crab cake was executed to perfection. My husband’s lobster bisque was creamy and flavorful. He couldn't stop praising its velvety texture and rich taste. For the main course, I opted for the 8 oz filet mignon paired with a premium South African lobster tail. The lobster, which was the highlight for me, was nothing short of phenomenal. It melted in my mouth and had a delightful sweetness that left me wanting more. The filet mignon was expertly cooked, although I would have preferred it slightly less seared. Nonetheless, it was still a great steak. My husband enjoyed his 22 oz prime bone-in ribeye. Cooked to his preferred doneness, it was a succulent and flavorful cut of meat that showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality. For desert, we indulged in their banana foster butter cake with ice cream, flambéed tableside. It was a heavenly creation that blended warm, moist cake with the caramelized sweetness of bananas. The tableside flambé added a touch of spectacle to the experience, making it even more enjoyable. Throughout the evening, the attentive service continued, and the staff ensured that our dining experience was flawless. The combination of exceptional food, friendly service, and the inviting ambiance made our visit to Eddie V's Prime Seafood truly memorable.

Probably the best food/restaurant experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I went for our Anniversary. We had a reservation at 6, got there 10 minutes early and were quickly sat at a table. Our waiter asked us some questions and took some notes to elevate our experience further. We started with a couple of drinks, and I got their most popular drink (called the diamond I think or something like that). It had this blue block of ice and he poured something over it creating a fun and delicious purple drink. I later got the Red Dragon also which was an AWESOME strawberry drink… it was so good. We started with the oysters, crab cake, and got the Steak Tartare for appetizers. We’d never had steak tartare before, and we’re a little nervous, but OMG it was AMAZING. Everything was. They actually made the steak tartare table side which was really cool. The oysters were perfect, the crab cake had big chunks of crab and was juicy with the perfect crunch from the crust. I was blown away and we were barely in our first course. Second course my wife for the heirloom tomatoes and burrata and I got the Caesar salad. I got the Caesar salad to save some calories, but it’s usually NOT my go to salad. I can’t even tell you how much this salad blew my mind. The Parmesan cheese slices were perfect. They weren’t too sharp or overbearing. They actually had a sweet finish.. it was SO good. My wife had small tomatoes with a huge piece of fresh mozzarella on top, and they poured oil with balsamic vinegar over the top in front of us. Delicious. I won’t lie, we were pretty full at this point. Our main course was Chilean Sea Bass for my wife, and I got the Steak Medallions in béarnaise sauce with asparagus and lump crab meat. The steak was cooked to PERFECTION. We also got an order of the crab fried rice to share. The portion they give us much bigger than I expected! Enough for two and then some. We finished with the banana foster. They flambéed it at the table. It was decadent 🤤 It was expensive (our bill was $300), but probably some of the best food I’ve had anywhere. I’ve been to a lot of different restaurants, high and low ticket, but this place is special. If you can, I highly suggest trying this place as soon as you can.

My food and experience was on point. The lobster bisque had a week prepared lobster claw, nice thick and creamy. The steak had a excellent outter crust but still nice warm and red on the inside. The vibes were super cool and I had a great over all. Thank you too the server Rafael

Dinner was so, so good. The service was as superb as ever. I'm sad the Brussels Sprout are no longer available, but my Parmesan Sole and Kung Pao Calamari were ON POINT. Yum!! Can't wait for next time.

What an experience, from the moment we walked to when we left! We celebrated our friend's 27th wedding anniversary in complete style. When we were shown to our table we were greeted with rose petals, a rose and a Happy Anniversary card. Our server, Gabby was incredible and our food was phenomenal. This restaurant made this evening a memorable one. We will recommend it to all and we will be back. Thank you!

Dining out for my Birthday and they made it feel extra special. Table set with a B'day card from the restaurant with confetti and rose petals on the table. Michael C. our waiter was very knowledgeable, attentive and simply the best! Food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. We had 12oz filet mignon w/ jumbo shrimp and NY strip steak with lobster mash potatoes.

A really great experience. Top quality steaks cooked to perfection, topped with fresh expertly prepared seafood. What more could you ask for? I think the Mac n' Cheese was made with campanelle pasta, but it was hard to tell because it was smothered with the most delicious truffle cheese sauce you have ever tasted. When I took a bite, my eyes would fill with tears of joy and I couldn't see the shape clearly.

Came for our 31st anniversary looking for a different celebration other than steak so we came here for sn early dinner. Brittany the manager made us feel at home & very welcomed. Jose & Gabby waited on us, 1st rate service all the way. Everyone was very attentive and pleasant. We never wanted for anything. All our for was superb. Sea bass, shrimp, scallops, calamari appetizer and the dessert all fabulous. Please give them a try and this will be our new special occasion AND happy hour place. 😉

My husband and I had dinner there on our 34th Anniversary. We arrived at our table and there was an anniversary card and anniversary confetti on our table. Our waiter was Al. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Burrata Beet salad, my husband had the Wedge salad. We also ordered the seafood tower, East coast oysters, warm (molten) chocolate cake and the bananas foster butter cake. The seafood was absolutely stellar! Every single thing we ordered far exceeded our expectations. Truly, one of the best meals of my life. I wish I could give this place ten stars. I’m glad my husband suggested this restaurant. ⭐️

Have been coming to Eddie V's for many different occasions, from personal, professional, and special celebrations for both. It's best to make reservations as it does get crowded, but have come before without reservations. First thing you'll notice is the great service as soon as you walk in the door. The hostesses will quickly verify get you checked-in and escort you to your table. Server will immediately come over to introduce themselves, take your drink & appetizer orders, and explain any off-menu specials. As far as the food, have never ordered anything I didn't like. Have ordered just about every appetizer, all oysters, most entrees, most accompaniments, most desserts, etc... Everything is always plated and presented very nicely. Some of my favorites have been the seafood items such as the oysters, tartare's, and sea bass. Favorite dessert is easily the bananas foster. It's a personal preference, so order whatever you're in the mood for and you won't be disappointed. Amazing food and service.

We had my daughters baby shower this past Sunday in there private room We had a great experience with the staff. The food was superb. The atmosphere was superb our servers, especially Gabby. She was awesome. We were very happy with the results. We will recommend it .
