One of our favorite places to get chicken. Having a 7 person family, it's convenient, easy, and cheaper than a lot of other places. The food is always good and fresh and I can't think of any problems we've ever had here. The fried okra is awesome and the sweet tea is amazing!

If there was a way to give this location any less than 1 star, I would give it a negative 10 stars. Ordered $65.00 worth of food. All the fish was over cooked and hard around the edges. We ordered the 12 piece liver. (Got given gizzards instead).
All of the rolls were burnt on-top. We were missing the large sweet tea, a mashed potato and gravy, along with an order of okra. Which i must say the okra was the only positive part to our $65.00 meal.

I absolutely love chicken livers and wanted them so bad so I chose Chicken Express on Bryant. I’ve never had such horrible chicken livers in my life. They were so extremely tough and nasty! I was so upset!! Usually chicken livers are soft and amazing …but these were like chewing on tough leather. Just had to say something because it was just too horrible not to!

Nice and tasty chicken most of the times. We have tried different locations of the franchise where we came across some of them the chicken was not well coocked. This chain could be better if they pay a little attention to the details in terms of improving the cooking process. I loved the fried okra side and I do recommend it.

An hour and a half before closing time. Slow service, posted short on staff and dining room was clised, yet 2 employees were outside while the line was all the way around the building. When i finally got to order the "only thing they have" was tenders.

We love chicken express, we sure enjoy our 4 piece of tenders when we paid for the 7 piece... that place is good but its not $30.00 for 8 pieces of chicken tenders, two sides & two sweet teas good just gotta make sure & check your order before you drive off

Chicken was cold, and was the tiniest tenders I've ever seen. Roll was smashed and the drink didn't even have enough syrup, so it tasted like carbonated water. The gravy and fries weren't bad though.
