Hidalgo West

I have been eating Mexican food in this town ALL of my life. Even in the same building as this place. I can still remember when the waterfall on the wall was functional, but NEVER have I tasted a better chili relleno than I did when I went there last night. I told my waitress and I hope she let the cook know. If she didn't, I want to let it be known that was something to come back for. If you have never tried it, you should ONLY try it there.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Overcharged for breakfast but only provided an adding machine tape when I asked for an itemized receipt. Pancakes had no flavor and were barely done. Bacon was burnt. Service was non-existent. Very unhappy with experience. Will never be back. I wouldn't want my dog to eat there.

My mom and i took a chance on this. No good. Service was poor. The food though served in large portions was very poorly seasoned. The chips were standard but salsa was extremly bland. I ordered the chili reonose (sppelling) green peppers ok but they served the whole top with 3 inches of stem attached and the bottom of the pepper with a knob of inside ribs inside the food. Gross! My mother ordered the green enchaladas the sause was then, on the outside only and seemed to be mostly tomateaos. Not much flavor. Would NOT recommend. Th
