Outstanding!! It’s pricey but worth it! They are incredibly gluten free friendly as well as having vegan cheese, main course and chocolate options! 😍
Service was excellent and our waitress Kayla, was so good! She knew what she was talking about and was able to answer questions! She explained everything so well and was very kind! (Give her a raise haha)
Will definitely be back and again it was excellent!

Amazing Place! This is our first time here, We came for our anniversary and it was a fun experience. We did the big dinner for 2. It had lots of choices and the Wisconsin cheese was amazing. The server said they the court bullion was the favorite, but I did not like it as much as the cheese or the desert fondue. The things that were cooked in the vegetable bullion seemed just bland cooked in it. But overall it was good! The service was great and we had a great time! I would definitely recommend this for a fun occasion!

Man. What a great experience. This place is lots of fun with lots of great food. We went here as a group for a work party and had a great time. Everyone ranked this as one of our best holiday parties. The experience of the different meals is awesome. You get to try lots of different things and lots of different ways to 1 type of food. The cheeses and desserts are lights out. Go try this and have lots of fun doing it.

We had a night out and celebrated our 1 year anniversary. The food was fresh and we loved everything we ate! We got the big night out which was a perfect amount for 2! The LOVE martini was good and so fun with the heart shaped strawberries. We seriously cannot complain about any of it. We also loved that the announce the celebration at the entrance on a screen. Our waiter (Steven) was awesome, did his job well and even ran outside after us bringing us our flowers we forgot!

We have always wanted to try it and we waited for a special occasion to do so. They did NOT disappoint. Our server Lucy was the best! The night manager was great she came and checked on us throughout the night. Love the atmosphere and the food. I would love to celebrate all the time with the Melting Pot! Wish I could give more stars 🤩

I've been wanting to try The Melting Pot for many years and I finally got to tonight, it did NOT disappoint! The portions were large, the food was fresh and everything tasted amazing. It's a little pricey, but worth it. And the alcoholic beverages were actually reasonably priced.
We did the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese pot as an appetizer, it was really good. My favorite thing to dip in the cheese was the apples. For my salad I got the house with ranch, your standard house salad but it definitely needed more dressing. For the entrees we did the steak lovers and the land in sea. We did the pot with the canola oil and had batter and panko crumbs to fry the food in if we wanted. My favorite was the peppered steak and the salmon. The frying batter was DELICIOUS. The oil gets dirty QUICK and starts tasting burnt. We asked our server for a new pot of oil and he graciously gave us a new one. The new pot of oil also got dirty quick but we were able to fry the rest of our food to take home with no issues. For dessert we did the flaming turtle, it was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try this place again.

Oggie and Ellen were great! We tried to get a last minute table without a reservation but were not able to as the restaurant was short staffed. So we left, but came back twice to ask about a potential waitlist, cancelations, and do a final check before going to our next choice.
As we were about to cross the street, we heard some yelling from about 25 ft away. Ellen had chased us down after we had walked a block. It turns out she asked around if a waiter could take on an additional table. We had told her before that we were flying out the next day and wouldn't be able to make a reservation any other day and we had really wanted to try this place. Steve, our excellent waiter, and his shadower Jenn, were also fantastic from start to finish.
Steve was incredibly patient with all of our questions and we had a ton of them, from how to order, his recommendations, and allergy concerns in the ingredients. He was also fun to talk to and explained all of the items included in the order.
In the end, we went with a lot of his suggestions and they did not disappoint.
A wonderful experience overall and every staff member mentioned here deserves a raise and a promotion.

There were some ups and downs with this experience. We got there a little late, but they handled it nicely and still got us in. However, our service was slow, and we only saw our waitress to switch out our food.
The food was good. The Thursdate menu they advertised and let us reserve a table for wasn't offered yet. However, what we did order was yummy.

These people are so top notch! We came mid-week (Wednesday) right at 4, thinking it would be a piece of cake to get on. They were COMPLETELY booked. Yet, hearing that we had come from Elko, they quickly figured out how to accommodate us. They were so nice, they could have told us they didn't have room and it would have been fine. They went WAY above and beyond. Jenn, the manager on duty is amazing and her staff is the best!

The atmosphere is welcoming from the Host to the GM. Menu has an amazing spread and options. Gage was kind, attentive, and helpful in understanding the menu and giving us suggestions. Everything we ordered from drinks, side salads, main courses, and deserts were delicious! The GM even checked on us multiple times to ensure we were taken care of! I would highly recommend the Bananas Foster for dessert! It's served warm for dipping ➡️👌

I loved food and service style but except waiter laughed at me when I expressed my drink was not what I wanted. I didn’t liked. Unprofessional.. Quality of food great. Hygiene rate 5* and fresh food. Flavors of cheese pot and chocolate fantastic. Clean air and tidy atmosphere. I visit again.

We had an awesome experience yesterday (Sunday) and everything was awesome. The manager Jennifer came by our table and made sure we had great service, and she even brought us our cocktail. Love the ambiance, a perfect cozy date night - especially when you are right near the windows in the smaller booths. Very intimate and good food, be prepared to spend time here to really enjoy the fondue experience, you don't want to rush through the four courses. Also, every salad they have is delicious, so you can't go wrong there.

We arrived to our reservation early and they did their best to get us in so we didn’t have to wait. The service was extremely friendly and it’s honestly a great price considering how much food you get and the overall experience! We opted for The Big Night Out and stuffed ourselves! Extremely delicious!

Fun experience. I don't like having. To cook my own food. And we overcooked some tuna. But overall the food was marinated and seasoned very well. The service was excellent. Plan on about 2 hours when going.
