Review Pizza Hut - Salt Lake City

Super unfortunate so many people have had a bad experience here. I dunno if it’s new ownership or something but we just ordered our third delivery from here and it was GREAT. It came so fast and the food is awesome!

There are a few pizza places nearby. I've tried them all cuz I love me some pizza. And although it's a little pricey, (pick up is a bit less) for a pizza, it's always hot and ready when I go to get it. And I haven't been disappointed as far as taste. The crew is always friendly too. It has become my go to after many disappointments in the area. I just don't get pizza as often due to the price. I really love the Melts too!

Amazing, we walked in to a fun atmosphere and good vibes during the wait, the staff present were freindly helpfully and the vibe they had with their coworkers was great and freindly the entier time we were their, highly recommended with these current staffing, even with the fun vibes and humor going, the place was clean organized and well looked after some bloke was sweeping as I was writing this, I'd get names but I'm antisocial, looked like three guys and a girl, she was fun and seemed bubbly and in a good mood, GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP IT UP, THIS IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE AT WORK!!

We were worried to order here because of all the negative reviews. Which was sad because we love pizza Hut. But I must say we were very pleasantly surprised. They were straight forward, friendly, easy to talk to and got our order perfect down to taking out the garlic from the crust. The pizza was here in less than 20 minutes! Faster than domino's and Papa John's has ever been.

Delivery service was awful!! 90 minutes for a pizza that should have been here in 30-40 minutes. Never ordering from here again.

9:40 - Your pizza will be there in an hour. 11:20 - Where's my pizza? 11:40 - Call to see where my pizza is. Man answers, says "We're closed" and hangs up. 11:45 - Look at Yelp and this Facebook page. This is a common occurrence here at this location. Hope you all don't fall for the same awful customer service. Definitely won't be buying pizza from this location ever again.

I ordered: Large Thin 'N Crispy® Pizza, Pepperoni, Pork, Classic Sauce, Ex Cheese. What I got: NO SAUCE AT ALL!!, NO EXTRA CHEESE (barely ANY cheese at all. Almost NO toppings. Pizza SUCKS without any sauce. It makes it quite dry. I have photos of this thing...can't really call it pizza the way it came. Waisted my money and my time. I eat a decent amount if Pizza Hut pizzas....never seen anything this bad.

You guys suck!! I get through my order screen at 1030 and you are open till 11 and it won't let me order!!!

I used the app to place my order. My order was to arrive at 4:11 at 4:38 I had no pizza. I called the store to check on my order they tell me that they have it as a carry out and that it's sitting in their oven. I tell them it was suppose to be delivery. And they said I guess I made a mistake. I told them I chose delivery when I started and that on my confirmation notice it says delivery and I got charged for delivery. And they tell me that theirs said carry out and that if I want it deliver it will be an additional 2 hrs. I spoke to the manager and he pretty much told me it was my fault and did nothing to help the situation. When I told him he was loosing me as a customer he said ok that's your choice. Wow talk about bad customer service!!

So today I called in at 12:30PM to make my order, Tedd the manager told me that the wait time was only 40-45 minutes. I thought that time was perfect because if he would have said its over an hour then I would have not order , because I was at work ordering with 2 more co-workers. We payed with two cards. We waited 45 minutes and then called to verify where our order was Tedd the manager answered and said " Your order is on its way and the driver will be there in 5 minutes" So we all clocked out for lunch, and we have a 30 minutes lunch. We went to the lobby. 7 minutes passed by and our order was not here. We called again and Tedd the manager answered and said "Delivery guy has 4 more orders in front of you he won't be there for another 20 minutes" I was frustrated at this points because our lunch was basically up! We were thinking at that minute that we wanted our money back or some sort of compensation. Tedd was very rude, we called and he hung up on us 5 times, He did not have any compassionate on apologizing and saying "You know what we are getting alot of orders, and we are short staffed , I apologize for this, can i offer you this" He was rude and did not apologize for anything. He should have said at the beginning if he knew there was alot of orders in that it was going to be more then 40 minutes then I would have not ordered. Our lunch was finally up the delivery guy Zack took an hour and 35 minutes to get here. I ordered at 12:30 he got here at 1:55PM. We told him that we had to think if we wanted the pizza or not because our lunch was up and we had no time to eat it. We were explaining how we felt on the situation and he kept cutting us off and we said give us a minute to decide what we are wanting to do Zack said "I can't wait for you to make a decision I have other deliveries to make, are you going to take it or not? I have other deliveries to make. We didn't make a decision and he ran off with the pizza and said "I have other deliveries to make" We were going to take it but he just didn't want to listen to us. Zack was very rude. He did not listen to us. He didn't care if we took the pizza or asked for refund , he didn't care about our frustration and how much of a horrible customer service we got from Tedd the manager and him, and how from the beginning we got lied to and they showed no compassion. We called Tedd and asked for a refund, and the corporate number to deal with tomorrow. Overall the customer service is horrible from the manager and drivers. And The store is ran by a manager that does not care about the customers. I would never go to this store again! Looking forward to speaking to corporate in the morning!

MY PIZZA NEVER CAME. I wait 2 HOURS then call & someone says "we're closed" and hangs up. And there's tons of other reviews that say the EXACT SAME THING. NEVER order from here. The boy on the phone asked me everything so quickly he obviously didn't even write it down. Will never do business with you again, and will make sure corporate is well aware. Ridiculous.
