Joy was, forgive the pun, a joy to be served by. She was efficient, kind, helpful even though it's lunch rush time and she was on her own with 4 to 5 customers deep. She deserves all the positive recognition available.

10/10 will always recommend this location. Today I accidentally spilled my drinks which ended getting the bottom of my food bag wet which then led to my food falling out the bottom. I was flustered and frustrated. I decided to go back because I was really looking forward to my food and when I explained what happened, Jilly made sure I was taken care of, free of charge. Her kindness really eased my anxiety. Jilly always brings a smile to my face when she is working and she always goes above and beyond. Thanks to her, I now have a loyal love for the frozen lemonade! If you’re reading this Jilly, thank you so so much for your kindness! You deserve the world!

I always have to have their frozen lemonade when going there. It is the best lemonade around town by far!!!
The girls there are always pleasant and helpful. Especially Jessica. She always is smiling and such a hard worker.

There seems to be a bad rep concerning the customer service; which I found unjustified. It is a wonderful place where you can find nice employees such as Jessica; not to mention how good the food is. Of course, Jessica isn't the only good service granted, the girls Nicki and Clara are fantastic as well. I always pick up a lemonade whenever I'm even close to Valley Fair.

Y'all don't know what's good service until you meet Nicky she treats her customers right and with respect like she about to be the next president not only that she will give you all the attention that you need more than you're boyfriend/girlfriend will ever give you! But most important she is sweet as sugar itself I recommend her :)

Nikki and Jess are my favorite servers. They always get my order right and whenever they get mixed up they always apologize so politely and give me the right things !
