Very disappointed! Two different times I've been in there when the clerk and a woman have been in the bathroom doing who knows what. My son purchased an ice cream that had freezer burn and expired last October. I took it in for a refund and the clerk said they don't do refunds and it was not up to them to check the dates. I feel they are solely responsible for everything they sell in that store. He told me to contact the ice cream manufacturer. 7-11 purchased it from the manufacturer. Won't be seeing that place anymore. Bad business!

Came to the place to pick up something to drink last Sunday. The store itself was not bad but came across a real charming fellow at the counter. By charming I mean complete a**hole. He was rude and patronizing. He talked to us in a very rude manner and keep staring like we were supposed to know how this store operates. Would have probably said something to his face if my dad wasn't there with me.

This location is the worst, some clerk named Malcolm is always cussing and acting put out he's doing his job on multiple occasions. My wife won't come here cause of him, he's unprofessional and crude. I want my time back for being near the store, let alone in the store.

Came into the store to purchase an item and the rep wouldn't give the discount that was promoted then persisted to argue saying that he couldn't fix the price to the promoted buy one get one free even though it was clearly displayed. He then wouldn't contact his supervisor to get it fixed. This will be the last time I come to this store.

Come here a lot! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! Store is clean, they have the best coffee! Wish I knew more names because everyone has been nice, but i know and see Chris and the overnight guy the most and they're great! Thank you!

Bought 2 sodas. Sale was 2/ $3.33. Paid over $6. I was about to say something and my husband said drop it. He was put off that there was music playing overhead and then the cashier was playing rap music louder behind the register. The whole episode felt awkward. We won’t be going back.

Just got kicked out of the store because I didn’t have a face mask. When I said it just broke as I was putting it on I was told to get out. When I asked why the guy in line who isn’t wearing a mask is able to buy beer the girl said she had the right to refuse service. I walked back in to ask the girl her name and she said it was none of my business, as I was walking up to look at her name tag she covered it with her hand then pulled it off her shirt. When I got in my car my husband said her name is Jamie. Thanks Jamie, I just called customer service and left a nice message about you.

The people that have been taking care of me for the last 5 years have been great! Malcolm gave me a card from the employees when my first daughter was born. I love this place and the people I who work there. I don't get the bad reviews for the store at all. The only bad thing is bad people meet up for drug deals (which I've seen multiple times) and has NOTHING to do with the store. I applaud the employees there.
