I visited 6/12/21 between 9-10 pm. Only 2 swamped workers were on duty on a busy Saturday night. Despite being understaffed and faced with impatient customers they both maintained professional decorum. My pizza was made exactly how i ordered it. I'd rather have accuracy over speed. The taste was good as always.

After placing a delivery order I immediately received a call from their location letting me know that their delivery time is 3 hours but if I pick up it would be ready in 15. So I decided to pick up. When I get there they didn't have my order ready and was told it should be done in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I waited another 5 minutes until my food was finally ready. I was offered a free liter or soda for the wait and thought that was a nice gesture. I can see why they are busy, over worked, and low in staff. They are the closest location to the hotels by the airport and the only location north west of slc. So they are way more in demand than any other location. Plus, when I placed my online order it automatically set it to be delivered by that location. Considering their circumstances I'd say I was provided with decent service.

Every time I have ordered here(mostly 1-2 years ago) they have had my order to my door within 30 minutes. Hot, fresh and loaded with toppings. Now I can only do carryout here. I have yet to have any issues. Even last night where my delivery location on south temple was not accepting online orders, this one was my choice for carryout. With only one employee in the store itself, my pizza was made very well and ready within 30 minutes. I wish this location could compete better for local jobs so that they aren't understaffed, but they still did better than the 2100s redwood location on a reasonable ready time with even less employees.
If you are in salt lake and want carryout, I recommend this location first. A close second is the South Temple(though while their staff is excellent the food quality isn't the best) and the third is on 700s. Never go to the two on redwood road around 2100s.

Nice delivery! Order was well prepared. To be honest, this was the best Domino's delivery because they cared about the details. Napkins, plates, forks, receipt... everything came with a large smile from Ivo.

I had the worst experience here a couple months ago but today I went to the store and I was able to speak with the new GM who was sincere and empathetic to what had happened and guess what...she did what no one else so far has been able to do. She fixed it. It was made right and now I will always only order from her store. She is a credit to domino's and if they are smart they will throw money at her to make sure they don't lose a quality employee like she is. Thank you I forgot to ask your name but you rock and have restored my faith in domino's!

Always consistent pizza and service. The new XL Brooklyn style is really good because it's thin crust but not super crispy and cut normally. The Domino's app is also easy to use and they have a points system to get free pizza. Definitely a staple take out or delivery option.

This experience was absolutely horrible. Placed an order waited for delivery for an hour and a half and then saw that my money had been put back into my account. Tried to call, after being on hold for 15 minutes hung up. Never order from here! Now I’m hangry and most places are closed!

I live 10 min away, can you tell me why it took 1hr and 15min to receive a pizza when the app told me it was on the way? The pizza we got was cold and absolutely disgusting the cheese bread was so hard my dogs wouldn't even eat it and they eat everything. This sadly is.not the first time this has happened the last time we called 2 and hald hrs later and was told we never placed an order and the money that was removed was magically put back on. The girl who answered the phone when we called could only give us an ok answer to everything. So unprofessional... I guess we shall just order from pizza hut from now on.
