Review Mcdonald's - Salt Lake City

This lady was so energetic, patient and the way she was giving the food was very quickly and kind , she makes my day.

Like all fast food it is what it is. But it was clean, the worker was nice. Most of all my daughter enjoyed herself so I'm content with the experience.

McDonald’s has a pretty good system, you know what you’re getting, it is quick, and tastes pretty good overall. Some people may complain about the not so healthy food, but you know what you’re getting when you go there. I don’t like the screen ordering, they should give you a discount if you order at the screen.

I love McDonald's but this location in particular is near a high school so all day long there are constantly groups of kids there being loud annoying and making messes. Another downside about this location is that there's no outlets that work properly..

They through in free fries on one of my orders. I’ve been coming here for years but that action alone made me realize how much I take this location for granted.

It was good they had a coupon for buy one shake get another for 28 cents

We passed at least 2 other McDonald's restaurants to come to this one because of one key feature. We have a very active 4-year-old son, and this particular restaurant has a PlayPlace where he can climb and slide and jump to his heart's content and in an enclosed area where he can be supervised without fear of him running off into parts unknown, or worse, getting snatched or assaulted at a city park, so when we decided to get lunch, I thought about a McDonald's with a PlayPlace. We can kill two birds with one stone. We all get to eat, and our son gets to safely play. It was great. This McDonald's has self-ordering kiosks, and if you dine in, they have servers who will bring your food to your table. You can self-assign a number tent and place it on your table so the server can find you. The restrooms are the cleanest and most sanitary you will find at a McDonald's, and there's a reason for that. On top of the automated toilets, sinks, soap dispensers, and hand dryers, the restrooms are also for patrons of the restaurant only, and they are kept locked. If you need to use it, you have to talk to an attendant at the counter so they can "buzz you" into the restroom. They are able to keep their restrooms clean and free of graffiti, garbage, and other unwanted and unsightly artifacts and relics typically left at restrooms in restaurants like this. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their establishment. My wife and I were thinking, you could always pay admission for yourself and our son to go to a professional playroom and then pay extra for food and/or games, or we could make a short drive to this McDonald's, not worry about paying an entrance fee, pay for some food to enjoy because we most likely would want to eat something anyways, and let our son safely play. It's win-win-win all the way around. Thank you, McDonald's! Taking our very hyperactive son out to a restaurant has always been a chore and very stressful. This experience made it so much better.

Once again I only have good things to say about McDonald's while a food may not be the best and or healthiest they convenience and perks of the app definitely make up for it

I was impressed! Best experience I’ve had at McDonald’s in a LONG time! I haven’t been to this one in over a year, and I’m glad I decided to try it again. It was super clean, and the service was fast. They’ve definitely improved! Must be under new management.

There was a huge wait and only one person working the register. The order came out quick enough but my Big Mac fell apart as I was eating ( not like they use to be ) we were in the play place and it was so dirty, messes on the floor and tables and no one cleaning it up. Very understaffed

30 minute wait in drive through and they fucked up my order. Fire everyone and start new. Fuck this place.

Mccrapsack is gross and disgusting. - they got rid of the Apple differs caramel dip which is lame the fries in the kids meal are a lot smaller and its just a big rip off I don't care if we get yogurt or oranges what is your starving people off and you got rid of root beer which is entirely just stupid and ridiculous I think its bull crap

Your manager Kim needs some SERIOUS customer service training! I've never been treated more horrible by anyone who's in the service industry in my life. Coming from someone who's worked in customer service for 10+ years, she needs some retraining or possibly a firing. Let me start at the beginning. I pulled into the drive through with my 2 year old son and my brother in the car. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I advised the gentleman working the drive through that I would need to place 3 orders. I was told that it was against company policy and I'd have to go in or circle around a second time to place my order. I'm in a hurry, so that wasn't going to fly. I asked to speak to a manager. Kim came on and told me the same thing he did. I added a late order of fries to the second order and informed Kim I would be paying with two forms of payment for the second order to which she responded "it's going to be $2.15 for the large fries on their own." So I got my card and $2.15 out in cash to pay for the second order. I got to the pay window where the guy working the window was more than accommodating. Keep in mind, at this point the car in front of me is STILL in the pick up window waiting for their food. After paying for my order I pulled up behind the car in front of me and waited 1-2 minutes before they got their food and pulled away. I pulled up the the pick up window where I was greeted by Kim who had the nerve to say "I dont appreciate you changing your order back there and holding up my line!" Excuse me Miss Kim...I then told her that the car in front of me was still waiting for their food once I had finished paying and I didn't appreciate how she was speaking to me and her lack of customer service. She hands me our two drinks and our bags of food. I had my brother check the bags because I wanted to make sure everything was in there. We were missing a sandwich. A hot and spicy to be exact. I told Kim that we were missing a sandwich to which she replied "No you're not! Everything is in there!" Woah...excuse me! I started pulling my bags up to show her that yes in fact I was missing a sandwich. She ROLLED HER EYES at me, gives a really dirty look, and stomps away. She returns with my missing sandwich and slams it into my hand. I mean seriously...how rude can you be?! I never write reviews. EVER! But this woman needs a talking to. No one deserves to be talked to like I was. Specially not by a manager.
