If I choose pizza, I will always choose Papa John's. Their stuff just tastes better. But there is another reason I choose this location: Customer Service. Every single time I come here, I'm greeted with a giant smile and a warm welcome. And the manager here is super cool and approachable. I love her style too 😆. She makes sure that she cultivates a culture of kindness and respect. That's rare in today's food industry, oddly enough. So I will continue to patronize this establishment for as long as I live in salt lake.

I’ve been here a lot of times and had a good experience every time. The pizza is always delicious and they are good at making it right away too. I think Papa Johns has the best fast food Pizza. Other places seem to be overly salty, but this pizza tastes more like real pizza that isn’t overly processed. The Papadias are a great option too for lunch. They have lots of flavor, isn’t messy to eat, and doesn’t break the bank.

This is me and my wife's go-to for pizza lately. Orders are filled fast and accurately. In-store pickup is painless and quick (more convenient for me than delivery to be honest). The staff is always bright and friendly, I hope they're treated well.

I was told my pizza would arrive 30-40 minutes and they kept their word.Julie our pizza delivery woman was polite and happy. I really appreciate kind customer service. This is a lost art and customer service people believe that they do not have to do this.I again thank you for your efforts

Ordered from Pizza Hut, they called saying they had no drivers on staff (WTF) Ordered from Dominoes, they lost our order. Ordered from Papa Johns and got fresh, great tasting food that was made right and came in a reasonable time. 10/10 will order again.

Hmmmmm....confusion! Ordered as normal online, received a confirmation, looked at the delivery address and realized I had entered the wrong address! Uh-oh...figured I would call and tell them. The second I told them I got a huge negative sigh, and a "let me ask my manager what to do" (shouldn't this be easy? Slip the driver a post it with my correct address?) nope...had to talk to the manager...the only way to fix it is to cancel my order, get a refund and reorder. Really overall, I would have done that IF I wasn't hit up with such a negative undertone on what was clearly my mistake!! Just lost a customer over a very fixable situation, goes to show that a positive attitude will win every time! Too bad!
